At a rate of £105 per night, the 1-bed apartment I was allocated was not worth it. Microwave was not functioning properly; laundry tablets weren't provided unlike other serviced apartments I have stayed in the past. When I asked reception about this I was told there is a Tesco next door! Geez Thanks...I will buy a whole container of washing tablets for a 1 night stay. The phone receiver was missing so couldn't contact reception except via my mobile phone. Bedside lamps weren't working. I could go on.....

With regards to our pricing £105 for a busy city centre on a Saturday evening presents excellent value for money especially considering our competitors where selling far higher accommodation as you would have seen on the booking website when searching your accommodation.
Indeed we do not provide washing tablets in the apartments this is pretty common in serviced apartments in Manchester, I'm glad our team were able to direct you to the supermarket next door, who provide travel packs of washing tablets so you do not have to purchase a full sized pack.
I'm sorry that you had trouble using items in the apartment, I can see from our maintenance and reception logs nothing was mentioned during your stay, had you mentioned this to the 24/7 reception they would have made every effort to assist you prior to leaving.
