All around disappointment

I started at check in being informed that they overbooked and that my only option was to downgrade rooms. The $30 "discount" they gave was no more than the difference in rooms in the first place. There was really no sincerity in the apology offered as if this happens all the time so "oh well". 2am wake up by people stomping around in the room above us. No sound insulation from this so had to call down to desk but it eventually got resolved an hour later when they went to bed. BEWSRE...they pre charge your card for incidentals...VERY disappointing since as most of you know it can take weeks for credits to be returned to a credit card. Overall I will avoid this property like the plague and will be sure to tell others the same

Really liked the 2 bedroom suite..only problem Was dogs in the next room barking at 10pm and again at 6 am

Cons: Implementation of a: Quiet Hours Policy that guest felt they could trust would be enforceable if they had an issue with a neighboring room.
This hotel was so excellent in so many way: staff were outstanding, room itself was clean, very comfortable bed with multiple pillows, flexible room temperature settings, happy to have windows that opened for fresh air, terrific breakfast and extremely clean throughout the hotel. It also was so fantastic to have a full kitchen! My only but big problem with it was that the walls were so thin and I could hear every conversation of the people next door to me and their TV until the early morning hours. It didn't appear that this hotel had a quiet hours policy in place and enforceable. For me, having the quiet is essential and that part of my experience would, unfortunately, make me rethink if I would ever stay there again. Otherwise, though, an absolutely outstanding hotel in every other way.

Checkin took less than two minutes. Desk clerk (Rachael) was very pleasant and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

Close to everything!

Was just what we needed for our karate tournament downtown. Only 15 minutes away. Great breakfast! Make your own Belgian waffles! Small pool but prefect for the kids.
