“I’m comfortable of staying this hotel. The sea view from window is beautiful.”

“Super noisy bathroom exhaust and heating fan in the room. Bed is too high. Lack of basic supply such as tooth brush. No place to sit for breakfast. ”

“After we checked in we had a couple of problems with the room. 1) TV remotes did not work, had to exchange them at the front desk. 2) No ice bucket in the room, we got one from housekeeping. 3) The ice machine on the second floor did not work, had to go back down to the 1st floor. 4) The phone did not work. We have stayed there in the past with no issues. Not sure we would stay there again.”

“The tile in the bathroom was terribly discolored and the shower curtain was awful. Breakfast does not started until 7 on the weekend and it was late. We had to eat what was available.”

Staff was friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying there. We will definitely book with them on our next trip to Mendocino.”
