Feel like home !!!

The staff is very friendly and kind and the rooms are very clean and very nice and I would recommend it to everybody !!!!!

Pros: liked the ambiance but did not like the fact that it did not have elevator.the kids loved the swimming pool.
Cons: need elevator
Location: accessible to wherever you want to go and very close to the airport,no need to rush unless it's mid day.
The hotel is accessible to restaurants and shopping malls,the staffs are very accommodating and attends to our needs,very helpful with smile everytime.easy to request for extra things that you need like towels and pillows.

friendly, good value hotel

This was my second week's stay and housekeeping was not as good as the first week, sometimes towels weren't left, back of shower door was never cleaned. However the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. THere was always plenty of choice at breakfast and even with my fussy appetite there was no reason to walk away hungry. pool wasn't as big as it looked in the pictures, but was kept clean .

2nd Staycation

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I am truly greatful that I chose this to celebrate our birthdays. They are accomodating, eventhough our villa is smaller than what we had the first time we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that vothers me during our stay is the airconditioned in our room, it's just an extension of the aircon downstairs and the whole stay it's not so cool, i hope they do something about that but overall i and my family had a blast!! we were planning to have staycation again this May.. :)

ACCESSIBLE PLACE TO STAY

we had fun although our stay was overnight only. due to it's small size, you can hardly use the public spa as it was always full of people.

It was really relaxing. The staff, they were very friendly, accmmodating and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable. Room service was pretty quick. All in all everything was more than okay. We really enjoyed and mean to return in the future.

Good hotel close to Edsa

I have stayed here before as it is convenient for walking to work. I like the Villa Suite because of the extra space. However there isn't any cutlery or crockery in the kitchen! If you aren't very mobile then don't stay in this room as the stairs from lounge/kitchen to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and steep. I like this hotel and definitely recommend it. The breakfast is good. The WiFi isn't great sometimes.

Nice Hotel with a little vintage charm

Pros: It had everything else I needed except reliable WiFi when away from the main lobby. The breakfast was good, the staff were very good.
Cons: WiFi definitely needs improvement with more signal boosters. Hot water supply wasn't hot when the hotel was busy, especially weekday mornings.
Location: Robinsons Forum is less than 5 minutes walk away and there is an SM Minimall about 7 minutes walk, the MRT is about 6 minutes walk.
Most of what I had read about The Legend Villas, turned out to be true. For me it was a matter of convenience as I was there for work in Mandaluyong and I could walk to and from each day. I stayed for 4 weeks in a Villa Suite, which I wouldn't recommend if you have any issue climbing stairs (which were quite steep), as the bedroom/bathroom is upstairs, with lounge, kitchenette and second toilet downstairs. The room was clean, the bed(s) (I had 2 in my room, but only used the one) was comfortable. There was no crockery or cutlery in the kitchenette except for coffee cups & saucers x 2, maybe I should have asked for some. Overall I was more than satisfied and would definitely recommend and stay again. I've stayed in plenty of 5 star places and whilst this is only 3, it could almost be a 4. There are plenty of restaurants and a Starbucks within 5 - 8 minutes walk.

Horrible first impression turned AWESOME experienc

My initial impression of our stay was very disappointing. First the clerk insisted that we pay for us being picked up at the airport that we had been told would be at no cost. Then we were given a room that appeared to have mold on the bathroom walls and a nasty filthy bathtub . The next morning I realized that the counter person had taken my passport to make a copy for their records and did not return my passport. When I called to the desk I was told they did not have the passport . Sounds like a tragic experience right? Enter Jeff..the manager on duty the next morning when I went to the lobby steamed because of my night prior experience and the missing passport. Jeff showed a real concern about my passport and even though he had been told by his staff that they did not have the passport...began a search of his own. Sure enough there in the copier was my passport. Jeff apologized and said he would be addressing the issue with the clerk. We then discussed the condition of the room and Jeff walked with my wife and.me back to the room. Upon seeing what we were talking about Jeff took pictures and again assured that he would be addressing the issues with his cleaning staff. Jeff then walked us both back to the office and had us moved to a very nice room. For the duration of our three weeks stay to visit family, out room was cleaned well daily by an extremely friendly staff. We received nothing but the best of care during our stay. Thank you Jeff and team great job
