“This is our #1 go to hotel when we travel to Bismarck. The location is great, they are pet friendly, they offer breakfast with multiple options and everything is well maintained and clean. We have never had an issue staying here, it is more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is definitely our favorite.”

“The check-in process was smooth and the customer service was fine. Our room was in a wing there the property appeared to be in the process of remodeling, however, and the long walk to our room was very unsightly. We saw furniture and MATRESSES out in the hallway as well as rooms open that were in disrepair. In fact, the whole property from what we saw seems to be in a state of disrepair. Our room did not have carpet. That was a plus in our view. The popcorn ceiling had been scraped in one……

“Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Room was commensurate with the local prices and the TV has multiple apps vs standard Spectrum/etc. It was a comfortable stay for one night.”
