Used to be a great hotel

Room was a bit grubby, black grout in the bathroom, stains on the curtains and lampshades. Beware the new policy of only cleaning your room every three days, unless you're prepared to ask for it and pay $25 each time. This should at least be mentioned when booking, so you know what you're not getting for your money. Have enjoyed the Sebel before but will probably look elsewhere next time.

Thanks for your feedback and I appreciate your comments. To clarify, we do provide a daily service of rooms, however we also offer a reduced room price option for guests staying multiple nights which includes room cleaning each 3rd day. This is only an option for our guests, and daily cleaning at the usual nightly room price is an option that is always available. I hope that one of the options will suit you well in the future.
