Clean room, clean bathroom, helpful staff. Breakfast did not have options for gluten-free/lactose-free, so we went elsewhere.

Overall an excellent experience!

Pros: Comfortable bed, very clean, nice buffet, great staff.
Cons: Workout area is quite limited. I'm not a fan of price gauging.
Very clean, nice morning buffet, good and very helpful staff, limited workout area with old equipment, beware for price gauging in effect on football weekends.

Pool horrid!

Posted Sep 10, 2017 on Hotels
There is a sign at the pool saying it is saltwater only. NOT HARDLY!!! The bleach/chlorine was SO strong that all of our eyes were burning, and I didn't even get in the pool! One of my children with more sensitive skin, had red and puffy skin burns all around her eyes. The color was bleached from their swimming suits, and their hair was trashed. Two days later, I am still trying to condition it enough that it doesn't feel like straw! Our room seemed clean, but smelled horribly. It smelled like old, musty cigarette smoke, even though we were on a non-smoking floor. The redeeming qualities were ease of check-in, service with a smile, and their breakfast. But we will not be staying there again.

Staff very helpful

Posted Sep 2, 2017
Pros: Clean and comfortable. I am a linen snob and these were above average.
Cons: Wished more hotels had recliner chairs.
Location: Must see KSU campus
This was a half way stop from St. Louis Missouri to Colorado Spring. Wonderful town to explore. Beautiful architecture - must see Kansas State University campus. Rates #10 in Money Magazine for people that are retiring. Nice little surprise.
