Hi Michael,I understand the concern and disappointment but it is clearly mentioned that we only accept DOGS as pets, nothing against being Cat owners but it’s just becoming more like a new normal where more and more hotels have stopped accepting cats. As a common courtesy we have allowed free cancellation and haven’t charged you anything for the reservation being canceled at the last moment. Hope you would appreciate the kind gesture.

So no taj mahal, remember your not paying even over $100, so for an inexpensive night, breakfast, for what it is, not a bad place or deal Stay again? Yeah probably, i price shop, so that rules everything I will say, at the time we were there, breakfast was not good But room was good , clean even though place was dated

Probably not staying here next time.
There was a strong smell of cleaner (fabulosa?) in the entry that bothered me. The room had some cosmetic things that need repaired. The air conditioner woke me all night it was so loud. The bathroom floor made my feet and the bath mat black when stepped on while we. Breakfast was OK, but a bit lacking. The towel are was cute.

Our go to in the Manhattan area
We stay here 1-2 times a year when we attend Kansas State games. Much cheaper than Manhattan and 15 minutes away. Over the years it's been extremely clean with a great and friendly staff. We will continue to stay here. Rates are great too!

Amazing people, Nice little place.
They were the most amazing people i have seen so far in my travel (2 months). They were kind, friendly, taking the lead to respond to my needs, very accomodating because I was alone with my motocycle, and smily as soon as we enter in the hotel. I would recommend it without any hesitations. Clean place and nice pool, good and complete breakfast.

It was nice, the only thing I didn’t love was that we came to the lobby at 8 to have breakfast (which ends at 9) and scrambled eggs were gone, everything else was well stocked but I feel like they could have made another batch. Price felt a little bit expensive but it wasn’t bad at all

Jackie on the front desk was very welcoming. My check in was fast and efficient. Excellent. The manger I discovered pulled a double shift due to staffing issuers. I found in the morning she had started the breakfast service a bit early to accommodate the guests on Run for the Wall who had to leave every early. Both are great assets to the hotel. Thank you both!

Made a reservation in Jan and when arrived May 12th, my reservation through Expedia had been cancelled without my approval. The "General Manager", a red headed obnoxious was yelling that the reservation was cancelled and she had been the one that did it. I sat down at the breakfast area and called Expedia. Yes, I had inquired about a cancellation but at a charge to cancel of $60 dollars for 3 rooms, we decided to stay overnight. I therefore told Expedia that we would just keep the rooms and thought all was well until we got there, tired and exhausted from the Graduation event. It was odd that when we arrived they had three rooms and within 20 minutes the rooms were filled. During the exchanges, this GM lost her temper, was yelling and only after being told that she was rude and not a good representative of the hotel chain, she calmed and did say she was sorry but blamed the problem on Expedia. I do not agree. I think she cancelled the reservation and was not being accountable. We ended up at a former Econo lodge, now Loves Motel. She surely needs much customer service training if she is to continue in her current role. Oh, and upon us leaving, she was outside having a smoke, I would guess to calm her nerves.

Dear Shirley,We apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused but what you are saying is only the one side of the story.You had booked 3 rooms long time ago, when you called to cancel the reservation in April we informed you that your reservation had to be cancelled by Expedia since you made reservations with them and not with the hotel. Only upon agreeing to your request to cancel the room we had canceled and refunded the money back to Expedia. When you arrived at the hotel, it was late in the evening on a busy graduation night where all hotels have been sold out. Unfortunately there was nothing we could have done since you cancelled all 3 rooms and we had issued you a refund. We understand it was frustrating moment and we informed you to contact Expedia while waiting in our lobby where kids enjoyed homemade cookies. I hope you would understand and give us another chance to show you our hospitality.Take care and god bless you.
