Average hotel next to highway

When I booked the room. I asked for a quiet room. And I was booked right next to the highway couldn't sleep. For as far out as I book the room I should've received a quieter setting.

Toilet was dirty, the door would not close properly. The lock was broke and the cleaning lady barged in at 8:00 am

first the room was very cold the heater didnt work it was snowing outside the front desk didnt even offer us another room it was terriable

The front door had a bout a 2 inch gap from the floor that I had to put two towels down to keep the wind from blowing in

It was comfortable and served our purpose visiting our son and granddaughter. The bars must close at 2 am as there were several that came to their rooms and not so quietly so was 3 am before getting back to sleep.

Beds were hard and uncomfortable

Beds were uncomfortable room was small and tge bath tub was very dangerous it was really slick with no traction in the bottom

I would stay again

The room was clean, the beds comfy, the breakfast was pretty good too. The building is a little dated but for the price, it's a good deal.

Good service, rotten facility.

Clerk at front desk was very friendly and helpful but the facility was really bad. I had requested a pet room, and when I got to the room, the bed looked dirty so I pulled back the comforter and there was hair (people? pet?) between the sheets. I went back and asked to be moved, which she did very quickly and apologized for the condition of the first room. The second room had two beds instead of a king, and one bed looked dirty again, and one looked okay. I decided to go ahead and keep this room as I'd been on the road for 13 hours and just wanted sleep. I could tell the decor had been updated, but the room condition was really poor. There was duct tape on the door, holes in the wall, and the entire place could've used a coat of paint. I was also right next to the McDonald's drive thru next door, so I heard that speaker as well as traffic noise all night. The location of this hotel was great for me as I traveled I-70, but I don't plan to stay here again. Why pay an additional pet fee when the room doesn't even get cleaned?
