Our room had a weird smell musty smell upon arrival, but I figured we were getting what we paid for so that wasn’t the worst problem. After staying 2 nights, I woke up very itchy and I am now covered with some sort of bug bite all over my body. Just be aware that this is not the most clean place and check the bedding before staying.

The place was dirty and run down. There literally was no hot water and when I went to the front desk to ask they told me the hotel was full and when full the hot water can not keep up with the demand…so no hot water. Then I ask for a discount since I was not getting hot water, she rudely handed me a business card and told me to complain to the email on the card. The walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear everything. I would never stay here again nor recommend anyone to stay here.

I was very disappointed in the mattress and pillows. They were not only rock hard, but the mattress dipped in the center when laying on it. It was okay for the price.

We had to ask for new sheets becaus they were stained. The mattress had a huge "dent" on one side right where you sleep. Everything was very dated. Theres no elevator. Cannot open windows without sounding the alarm. Only one intrance in and out. Almost not enough parking. The staff was very friendly and the bathroom seemed clean. Great location for stuff to do.

We are sorry that you weren't too happy with your stay. We do, however, have two entrances and ample parking including room for 18 wheelers and other large vehicles in the back of the lot. We are always trying to improve things and hope you might give us another chance in the future.

Key card never worked I had to go to front desk no less than 8 times in 3 days. Toilet barely flushed. Shower had hardly any pressure. Just a run down low budget hotel

We were in town for the weekend, our stay was comfortable and affordable. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. Our room was clean and our stay was quiet. We had a problem with the television not working and it was promptly fixed in the morning while we were out. The location convenience, friendliness of the staff and clean rooms will definitely bring us back the next time we need to stay in town.

Minor annoying problems...the door took several tries to recognize the key every time, the TV was unwatchable because the signal was so flaky, the hvac unit would annoyingly cycle on and off way too frequently, and the shower drain was partially clogged.

Physically attractive, but you won’t sleep!
I was on the bottom floor, and I was awoken at 5:30 from what sounded like bowling on the floor above me. It wasn’t just the room above, it was everything. I could hear entire conversations. It didn’t stop. Also, the tv only stayed on for 30-45 seconds at a time and shut off then back on and off continually. When I went to leave, early bc of the noise, no one was at the desk to even speak to.

Good for a one-night stay. Room price is reasonable, however it is quite dated. Little things, no elevator, legs have been removed from reclining chairs in several rooms, low bulb brightness in several bathrooms. Carpet was stained in the room I occupied. however the bed was comfortable

My room had an unfortunate odor, was missing furniture and the bathroom had dull lighting and outdated fixtures. There is no elevator. On the plus side, there was a room coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. It is definitely time for major updates to this facility.
