Confortable y muy bien ubicado
Buena atencion, buen hotel y buenas instalaciones, tiene una terraza para dwsayunar y copas por la noche espectacular, pero lo mejor es la ubicacion.

Encantados con el hotel, volveremos!
Mi familia y yo quedamos encantados, primero porque las habitaciones son muy amplias y super bonitas (estaba preocupada que fuera "viejo" pero nuestros dos cuartos habían sido renovados) y tienen todo:  área de cocina con una refrigeradora (no es full-size pero es amplia), microondas, vajilla, lavaplatos, jabón, papel toalla y tostadora; una mesa de comedor, sala, varios closets y un baño muy lindo (totalmente renovado) que si bien es pequeño, es suficiente.  Las camas son comodísimas con sábanas de calidad. El rooftop que se llama "Upstairs" es precioso y los desayunos son muy ricos, con un servicio insuperable. Tuvimos un problema con nuestro baño que fue resuelto de forma eficiente y por haberse tomado un par de horas nos compensaron. Todo el personal es muy amable y servicial.  ¡Volveremos!

Mi estancia fue buena lo que no está bien es que el hotel ya es muy antiguo y las alfombras y tapetes están demasiado viejos y dan una sensación de sucio y descuidado y más en esta época sugiero deberían evitar las alfombras y tapetes son muy sucios

Hola Javier, Gracias por haber escojido el Kimberly. Decimos que temenos un estilo mas tradicional; a una persona que le gusta un estilo moderno, va a pensar que es viejo. Tenemos varios suites, unos que tienen baños mas grandes, con un living mas pequeño. Si nos puede indicar su preferencia, podemos acomodarle en la suite que prefieres. Rooms are spacious and having a balcony was amazing- especially in a city known for small spaces. Location is safe and central to everything. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar is bright and elegant space, but Food and service are just ok. Gym is a bit outdated and small.

We loved our stay at the Kimberly. We had a suite and compared to the cost of a typical hotel room in NYC it was perfect! The linens and bedding were divine ~ one of the best night sleeps Ive had in a hotel. For an older property everything was immaculately maintained. Very convieniently located to everything! Id definitely stay again!

We had a large suite that was very comfortable and staff was friendly, courteous and professional. A very enjoyable accommodation for our stay. Penthouse bar/cafe was a comfy place to visit and offered coffee and pastries in the afternoons well as a good view and outdoor patio.

Our suite was very spacious and nicely furnished. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly but didn’t bother us as we had another sink in the room. Restaurant on top floor had indoor and outdoor spaces. Would definitely stay here again.

Near coffee shops, shopping, Grand Central, etc. Room was very spacious and kitchen facility nice. Bed and lighting very good. Staff was friendly. Main issue was with the heat controls in the room. The heating fan was running continuously and was very noisy, but was not effective in heating the room.

Service at The Kimberley was impeccable. Staff were courteous, amenities were plentiful, the room was spacious and well adorned. My kids greatly appreciated the doormen who would greet them each morning with a fist bump and a compliment. A wonderful experience overall. We will be back!

My Wife, two children (14 & 12) and I stayed at the Kimberley in a suite with two double beds. On arrival we were treated they the concierge, they were all friendly and full of useful advice) especially Ralph. Check in was easy and efficient and we were quickly in our room. The room was excellent with a large open plan living area with sofas wardrobes and a kitchen area. The balcony was nice but could have done with a couple of small chairs and table to sit out. The bathroom was great as was the bedroom. We didn’t use the restaurant as choose to eat at some of the 1,000’s of places in NYC!! We did have a drink in the roof top terrace which was great. Under 21’s are allowed in before 5pm. The hotel is location in a great stop close to many of the main tourist areas On the whole a great place to stay and would stay again.

The room was amazing! We had a lounge with a sofa bed, a kitchen area, two very comfortable king size beds and a mini balcony. Housekeeping were on hand 24 hours. All staff were very friendly and available. Unlimited Pastries and coffee were available on the lovely rooftop lounge 11-4pm

This hotel is very clean and the evening staff is very friendly. We especially looked forward to our greeting from MD at the front desk after our days adventures. The room service was excellent and the beds are very comfy with down comforters and good pillows. It’s in a good area with many places within walking distance. We did have a loud noise on the other side of our bathroom that we weren’t sure of but if door shut you didn’t hear it and the air would automatically revert back to 75 degrees so got hot during the night for us but otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel.
