Only Place I'll StayPosted Mar 11, 2018
Almost hate to review The Pearl, so they will always have availability when we return to NYC. But everything about this hotel is terrific. However, the absolute best thing about The Pearl is the staff. We have yet to meet one person working there who isn't delightful, professional, helpful and just darn nice! We adore the front desk folks with a special "shout out" to Juliette and Joey and Malmoud (sorry if I get the spelling wrong). You can't go wrong with The Pearl.

A True Gem!Posted Mar 5, 2018
My family (two kids, grandmother, and husband) absolutely loved our stay here at The Pearl. The staff was courteous, the hotel was clean, the rooms were a nice size, totally soundproofed, and the continental breakfast was pretty nice also. They have a cheese and wine hour from 4-5pm. There is a grocery store near by too. The hotel is about six blocks from Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum. We would definitely return to this hotel!

Everything was great, the staff was very nice and friendly and created a really welcoming vibe all around. The continental breakfast was great for a quick on the go if you don't have time to go out somewhere, I was there for work so this worked perfect for me. Very spacious room and dim lights, I think a lot of places have, but was especially nice to have that relaxing tone to it.

Great Location in the Heart of Times SquarePosted Feb 27, 2018
Pros: This hotel is the heart of Time Square, location was amazing. Surrounded by theatres, and lots of restaurants and stores. The room was really quiet.
We (family of 4) loved our stay at this hotel. The location was excellent. Complimentary daily breakfast, wine and cheese hour, snacks and free Wifi. The deluxe suite were very clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. The bathroom had a lovely spa tub and a separate shower and rain shower. Refrigerator and microwave. The hotel staff was very pleasant, courteous and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel room, bigger than typical rooms. Enjoyed stay there without issues, right across from the Eugene O’Neill theater .

Excellent hotel close to Times SquarePosted Feb 24, 2018
Pros: The size and cleanliness of the room, nice continental breakfast, location
Cons: Addition of a concierge
Location: It's Times Square, baby!
I have stayed at The Pearl 5 times, which should say something! It's located on a quiet street just off Times Square so all the fun of Times Square is easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is welcoming and helpful. They have a great continental breakfast in the morning and a wine hour later in the day. My only complaint this visit was lack of a concierge. They unfortunately abolished that position which, for a hotel of this caliber, is disappointing. The front desk staff were helpful with looking up information, but didn't make any reservations.

good hotel close to Times SquarePosted Feb 24, 2018
Pros: The helpful staff. Afternoon cheese and wine. Quiet room.
Cons: Mattress on the bed was a little soft.
Location: Good location near Times Square
The staff at The Pearl were excellent and made our 7 night stay a real pleasure. the guys on reception were friendly and full of good advice and always helpful. The hotel itself is well located and is clean and comfortable, although the mattress on the bed was a little soft for our liking. The room was comfy enough and the bathroom was fine, with a good shower. The 4pm cheese and wine is a nice touch.

LOVED THIS PLACE, coming from a very picky guestPosted Feb 21, 2018
Pros: EVERYTHING! They also had lots of kosher snacks which helped us on our breaks.
Cons: Get different showerheads. I hate those rain water ones. They have water coming in all directions and it's not good for Short people.
Location: You can go to Timesquare and people watch. If you like Shopping they have that. REstaurants galore. Many kosher. We did National Geographice Oddyessy.
We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff can't do enough for you. Julissa had our rooms ready early and upgraded me even though I didn't ask. Abu, who seems to have his hand in all parts of the hotel, didn't stop smiling and didn't stop working. I had certain dietary restrictions and he checked into them for me. The snack room was well stocked and the workers keep the place IMMACULATE> I gave facilities a 4, not a 5 because I happen to hate rainshower faucets for shower . Caused a flood a few times. Also, if you ask for a refrigerator, ask them for a regular one, not a wine friendly one as that one we got wasn't cold enough. Wasn't a problem since they sent someone with bags of ice to keep it cold. We also loved the location, the cleaner side of Times Square and the room was so quiet even though it was so close. We can't wait to return next yera.

Fabulous location near public transportation and a multitude of dining options. In heart of theater district. Perfect for family trip to see The Lion King.
