“This is a lovely apartment in downtown Ephrata. The space is excellent in size for two and the apartment cozy. Ephrata is a quiet town but it’s nice to be right downtown and able to walk to anything. Also a short drive to points of interest in Lancaster. Would recommend.”

Yes, the apartment shares a wall with the main house and there is a little dog, but he barely barked. Street noise was minimal. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is well appointed.
