"The hotel was a great place to stay except the room we were in 221 was so noisy with a diesel engine type of sound all night long which made it hard to sleep. There are some sort of vent pipes coming up the wall right under the window which are noisy all night long. Staff wouldn't or couldn't do anything about it. Making it 3 days of little sleep. "

"Staff was friendly, beautiful hotel it has a concert music theme for Mickeys black box concert that we attended. Rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable. Also the food was incredibly delicious I will definitely go back and eat there again I'm local to area. "

"If you are checking in after six, definitely call (like your reservation will say). We did that and still waited for a half hour at the front desk with other parties to check in. It seems there's only one person on duty because we even tried calling to let someone know we were there waiting and nobody answered. Poor water pressure, room wasn't very clean, and even though we booked a room with a sofa bed they told us we may not have linens in the room for it and if we didn't, they had no extras to give us. (Luckily we did.) It wasn't the worst experience I've ever had but it was enough that I wouldn't return. "
