“The floors were sticky, and based on the dirt in the corners, likely hadn't been mopped in awhile. Some of the towels were stained, and one even had some hairs sticking to them. The tub was also dirty, there was some unidentified black debris floating in the bottom. If you like clean, stay elsewhere!!”

“The staff were all very warm and attentive; however, there were very dirty, blood-like stains on the duvet—something I find completely unacceptable.”

“The room is clean, but old and well used. The hair dryer was broken. We chose this property because it was pet friendly. But the unpleasant smelliing disinfectant that was used in the room was VERY strong! Our belongings still had the odor on them after we returned home.”
