The hotel experience was superb! Our room was upgraded to deluxe for FREE! The foodserved in the morning for breakfast is also delicious. We will surely go back and book the hotel again.

Bed is uncomfortable and smelly. Washroom is small and hazardous hamp between the main hall and washroom door. Front desk agents are not smiling and not pleasant to talk to. I find them they are not happy to work there and the vibes are off ( not warm and I don't feel welcome).

Ok my Dad (75 yr old) for which I made the reservations for had a bad experience upon check out. I believe there is a scheme going in within the staff that needs attention by the management. Upon check in, they have asked my Dad for a 3000Php deposit, wherein the paperwork only says 1000Php, so no issue with that, but upon check out they refused to give the whole amount, saying that only 1000Php was taken. So after a lot of discussion to the extend of suing the hotel because they intentionally are not willing to give back the entire deposit of 3000Php. Are they trying to “budol” the guests?!?!? So after much unnecessary arguments, they gave it back. I hope this review gets to the management, and I am more willing to give more specifics of the incident.

Good stay!
This is my second stay here. It’s ok for what it’s worth. My only concern was the internet. My room’s internet service was down. I called it out during my second day of stay but didn’t get fixed til like a day before my check out. I stayed for 5 days. Their foods are great! The crew are friendly. I will stay here again.

Kudos to their staffs!
We stayed here because I have business around the area. Location wise, it's convenient. It is near restaurants and stores so you won't worry. 5/5 for their staffs! They are so nice. But regarding with the amenities especially the elevators, it's 1/5. We experienced having elevator issues while going to the skydeck/pool area. The worst part is, it just didn't stopped working, I think the elevator suddenly fell and all of a sudden it's going down instead of going up. It made me feel dizzy. For the breakfast, it's 2/5. Not so many options to choose.

This is my fifth time staying at Bayview Park Hotel. The staff is friendly, but at times, a bit rushed, especially the dining room staff. Jenny at the Front Desk is the best! She assists you with all your needs and helps you solve any issues that you may have. Breakfast buffets are wonderful. Housekeeping is thorough and accommodating. I will continue to be a yearly customer!
