Pros: we only chose this hotel because its the nearest to the us embassy. and because of the rating, but NO!,, the rating lied.
Cons: the way they handle reservation and booking. and the staff at the lobby.
we have to call overseas just for the hotel to let my parent in. Worst! they did not even offer drinks they ask for cash payment for the breakfast buffet, they did not give an option that it can be charge on the room lack of knowledge to handle guest problem

The Staff are nice and they keep up with Room cleaning. It is close US Embassy and other places that I need to go - like Luneta Park for morning walk, places to eat. And I can even see Manila Bay too.

Close to US embassy

Only thing going for this hotel was it proximity to the US embassy. Upon arrival at check in, I was the only one in line. It took over 10 minutes to complete the entire process. the room was large but the tub was 3/4 the size of a normal tub. Some time at 11 pm the family of 4 or 5 checked in in the adjacent room at was awoken from the noise. At preakfast the scrambled eggs were cooked soft, still runny. I requested an omelette as a sign stated I could request. 25 minutes later no omlette. I stayed 2 nights and upping check out I was in the lobby and asked for check out at 5:55 am. We ate breakfast, and returned to the counter at 6:10. We were told our room has not been cleared yet. We waited another 5 minutes for a total 20 minutes for check out.
