Such a lovely friendly and homely hotel. The staff on reception were delightful and all the staff in the restaurant on the 6th floor were so attentive professional. I would definitely stay again.

For the cost per night, we thought this hotel was good value. Staff were friendly and tried their best to help meet our needs. We need a fridge that works for our medicines and most of those little black room fridges simply are not working. Plus we requested twin beds. So we asked for a room change and they gladly helped out. Other appliances were missing like hair dryer and kettle. Also quite a bit of noise from bar in street below but thats not part of the hotel.

Overall great stay!
Location is good. Lots of restaurant around the area. Easy to get Grab or Taxi transportation. Entire staff are friendly. They always address you by your name. Free breakfast was good too. Room is clean and smells fresh. The only thing is the sides of shower door and walls towards the bottom have molds. They should clean that because that's not healthy and it looks like it has accumulated for a long time. Other than that, service was superb!

Great staff. Responsive and professional. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities are surprisingly plentiful. The full size tub is a bonus and there's a good supply of hot water. The location is perfect to all points in Quezon City.

This was a great experience from check in until check out. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the ambiance was relaxing. I will definitely stay here again when in Manila, and I am a seasoned traveler who is picky (particularly regarding cleanliness). Thank you to Cocoon Boutique— you exceeded my high expectations.

Cozy hotel with very nice ambience in the room. Happy to have netflix in the hotel. The breakfast is awesome especially those local dishes.

Welcoming and attentive staff at reception and meals. Very willing and quick to offer help in organising Grab taxis and transport and responding to requests for help. A spacious rooms . Areas that could be better include the access via phone to the restaurant fir room service.

A little worn
The great thing about this hotel is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and polite. Great work! This is my fourth or fifth stay at the hotel and I feel the condition of the rooms is declining. The furnishings are showing their age and the bathroom in my room was showing way too much mold, not helped by leaks around the shower. The hotel was an oasis in the area, but needs some revamping and the rooms need concerted maintenance. The bed was comfortable.

My biggest gripe with the property was the airconditioning. The unit was not adequate enough to really cool the room. The massage service was also disappointing, the massage bed wasn't that comfortable that my back ached after the service, and my wife had the same complain. What was great is the proximity to Timog Avenue area where there were a lot of dining options. Will I stay here again? Maybe not. I will try other options like the B Hotel or Luxent. We stayed at Sequioa Hotel previously and that was a more pleasant stay considering that they had basic amenities.

Great place!
Very nice hotel. Loved the way they kept Filipino furnishings and yet their digital room service technology was quite surprising. Located in a quiet area and with restaurants adjacent. Breakfast was superb!

A one night stopover on our way home and we found it quite acceptable. Underground car parking and many bars/restaurants within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff and a nice terrace for breakfast. It will need some money spent on it over the next few years if it wants to remain competitive within the market.

Generally a good stay, with the exception of one staff I believe she was the staff manager on the roof breakfast buffet. She was constantly frowning and affected our breakfast experience. Other than that it's a good value for money hotel that I would recommend to friends.

Truly a wonderful experience!
The processing of our reservation was really fast. The hotel staff was very accommodating, friendly and reliable. The room was superb! Space was used in a very efficient manner (especially the bathrooms). Style, comfort and use was highlighted in the rooms. The hotel is a bit pricey to stay in frequently but we promise to stay here during special occasions like our anniversary at least once a year. We didn't try the hotel food as its location is near to a lot of good and established restaurants in Quezon City.

Great place to stay in Quezon City!
We stayed at Cocoon for 13 nights. Our check-in was smooth, with staff solicitous about our needs. By the second day the staff knew and addressed us by name, greeting us at breakfast, when we came down to the lobby and when we returned from our daily jaunts. The deck breakfasts were wonderful, with at least seven different made-to-order Filipino breakfast plates to choose from aside from the continental breakfast buffet. My husband always had soup from the buffet and he remarked that not once was the choice of soup repeated during our stay. We had a comfortable and spacious room, with a large 4-piece en suite bath. We had need of a printer a couple of times and the print jobs were done promptly, without any fuss at all. Since we were leaving early on the day of our departure, they offered to pack us each a breakfast, which they had ready for us at 4:30 am so that we would not be late for our 5 am pick-up!

Would Not Stay Here Again
I was disappointed with this hotel. The rooms were very dark. Lighting very poor in the rooms. It was also difficult to get the rooms even close to as cool as I like it. Air conditioning very marginal. They "nickle and dime" you for everything. When I checked out they tried to tell me there was a stain on my sheet and I would have to pay for it. I challenged them on this and they relented. Left a very bad taste in my mouth!! I have stayed in thousands of hotels over the years and that is a first. My CPAP mask can leave a moisture mark on the sheets, but I'm sure it would come out in the wash.

This is the second time we stayed. We soecially liked the breakfast and the big room we had. Room 501 was a 'disappoinment'!! I booked in advance to make sure i get great accomodation.but we were given the last room they said. #1 water is luke warm in the shower..or on the colder side. Wifi didnt work. There is NO wifi until they provided this portable one that has time limit. The airconditioning was leaking..water dripped on the floor. Low water pressure so you cant flush the toilet. We cant tranfer room because there's no available room. I gave good review the first time we stayed because the room we had on Jan 15-17 was good, please read. But for Jan 27 and 28 , we decided not worth going back. The breakfast was great though..staff ..good. Facilities ???? Disappointing!

Spent 8 nights at this hotel. This was the overall best hotel staff I've ever had in 40+ years of vacation and business travel. Their friendliness and desire to help was amazing and genuine. The room was spacious and comfortable. The negatives were minor. The shower was small with the shower head above me. Not ideal. The hotel has very few good restaurants close by. The restaurants connected to the hotel are terrible, but there are other decent ones close by. Just no 4-5 star restaurants close. The breakfast provided by the hotel was excellent. Overall, I would definitely stay there again, if I needed to be in that vicinity. However, it's a 90 minute drive by taxi, or more, to the Manila airport, so this is a consideration depending on your reason for being in Manila. Many poor people and beggars in the vicinity but I never felt threatened or fearful as I walked often to the Fisher mall more than a mile away, with many restaurant options. An overall very nice hotel.
