I messaged the hotel if we can do an early check in by 11 am but I did not get any response and since there is none we proceed to check in at that time. Then I was informed that they were fully booked and can only accommodate guest at their normal check in time. After coming back to check in the process was smooth and fast they were able to accommodate our request and all. The room was great and I received a room upgrade. There were even balloons and a towel bunny to welcome us since the stay was to celebrate my sister's elementary graduation.
The only downside for me is their swimming pool has some tiles that are moving and the unfortunate thing happened, my sister got injured and it bled a lot. Good thing they are fast at attending to her aid.
So everything was almost great the food, room, staff, facilities, and furniture. The pool is the only thing that is a thumb down for me.
