Good hotel

Pros: Rooms are nice and clean, and the bed mattresses are comfortable and firm. Bathrooms are well appointed and clean. Fixtures look new.
Cons: My minor issues: some fraying on the edges of the wooden desk/work area. Also the street level noise (honking cars) can be heard in lower level rooms.

I had reasonable expectations when I booked my stay here, and I can say that the entire experience was within expectations. I checked in late in the evening and there was one lady manning the front desk attending to another guest (which took at least 5-10 minutes to complete). The check-in process was smooth sailing after that. Parking space is ample on most days, but can get crowded on weekends because the hotel shares three levels of basement parking with the shopping mall. All in all, it was a good experience. Four stars.

Only compliments all around. However, I didn't realize the restaurant I frequented most was a buffet restaurant, so ordering off the menu on a night with several children's birthday parties going on resulted in very slow service. We were seated in the back too. The manager apologized with a lovely fruit plate.

Pros: Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Pool area is very bad, 2 star at best and you can't find any staff there when you need them. Room service food is decent, but somewhat inconsistent.
Location: good for business meetings in quezon/pasig area. Don't stay here if your meetings are in Makati.
I stay here often, and its usually fine. Good value for money, generally speaking. Wifi needs some help, but the support staff is very good. If you stay here, don't forget to check out the bakery on the 3rd floor. It doesn't have many items, but they will custom bake for you, and the quality is always quite good. Nice to pick up some muffins or donuts for outside meetings, or having a special baked treat for yourself. Pool is still an embarrassment, and I hope they do something about it soon.

convenient walking distance to shopping and eating

Pros: clean, friendly and helpful staff, prompt service
Cons: recommend to check the reservation and assign rooms to what was reserved; avoid having parties next to hotel rooms.
Location: close to a lot of things a person would like to check out
Initial stay was not pleasant. Was given a room that was not what we reserved (supposed to be a deluxe suite with a king bed but got a 2 queen beds instead. Stayed for 2 nights and the last night there was a loud party next to our room from midnight till almost 3 am, called the front desk but were unable to control the noise. Unfortunately had to check out early, so no sleep! Had 2 other reservations on separate times (booked our hotel ahead of time) so no chance to change hotel as the reservations were all prepaid. Only consolation was a complimentary meal in the 19th floor for one time after our complaint was registered in the front desk. Overall the staff are very friendly and helpful which made our stay ok.
