最高のホテル。

これ以上望むことはないくらい快適でした。 ホテルに着くとタクシーのトランクのチェックがあり、その後手荷物のチェックを受けてホテルの中に入るというセキュリティーの徹底ぶり。ホテルの玄関は豪華な造りでヨーロッパのホテルに着いたようで圧倒されました。 部屋からは海が見え、清潔で居心地がよく、朝食は種類が豊富で大変満足のいくものでした。 次回もぜひ利用したいです。

Utmerket hotell med flott service

Pros: God service,god mat. Flotte store og romslige rom. Trygt og sikkert med
Cons: Litt oppussing rundt basengområdet
Location: Beliggenheten er flott Manila Bay rett utenfor døren og spaseravstand til Manila Ocean Park. Star City ligger også kort vei unna. Robinson Mall 5 min.
Diamond Hotell er en flott hotell og med meget god service og hyggelig og serviceinnstillt personale. Store flotte rom og med fantastisk god utsikt. Ligger rett ovenfor Manila Bay.Restauranten leverte god mat og med godt utvalg. Det er andre gang jeg bor på Diamond hotell og kommer helt klart tilbake ved et senere besøk.

Excellent staff very professional, spacious room, breakfast buffet could be better. Overall I would recommend this hotel to eveybody.

Diamond Stay

Pros: The help was wonderful and everyone was so nice , proper and accommodating. Security was strict but for our safety.
Cons: Allow nice leather slippers. The city traffic is horrid.
Location: We used the Grab app to obtain rides from one place to another. This was very helpful and affordable. Mall of Asia, China Town and the ocean front .
It was clean and comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable that we have ever experienced. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. It is a top notch and classy hotel. The breakfast was excellent. There is a dress code and you do have to wear nice sandals and no slippers to the dining hall where the breakfast takes place. The hotel is beautiful. My family had a wonderful experience.

もう少し経済的なお値段で泊まれるとありがたいと思います。市内の渋滞悪化しているのでしょうか。大統領も代わり、便利になるとよいですね。

Pros: チェックアウトの時間が数時間であれば ノーチャジです 飛行機の時間までエクステンションができます
Cons: エレベーターのカードの反応が悪い 号機がある
Location: 近くにベイウォーク レストラン モール コンビニ カジノ 飲み屋街 があり昼夜問わず 退屈しないロケーションです
ロビーは豪華で高級感があります  客室もプレミアム以上であれば清潔で快適です (リノベーション済) 各国のプレジデントが宿泊するだけあって セキュリティーは強いと思います 窓からの夕日は 綺麗でした。

Close to Embassy. Not good for families.

Pros: Good location, Executive suite was nice layout with great view. Big bathrooms.
Cons: Preferred treatment line for hotel guests or a reservation times that could be booked. Ensure that the limits on free breakfast is disclosed clearly.
Location: USA Embassy. Ocean Park, Mall of Asia.
I booked our room with breakfast INCLUDED for 2 adults, 2 children. It was very clear on the reservation. However, breakfast do not cover more than 2 people, and you will be charged half the adult rate for the children. We arrived very late on a Saturday night and went as a family to the buffet Sunday morning, only to have to wait in line with non-guests, receiving no preferential seating as registered guests. We waited 30 minutes and were never greeted until reaching the front of the line. As we were being seated, our hostess criticized my wife in Tagalong for my 3 year old son`s dress. He wanted to wear his Minions jumper and it may have been a judgment error on my part, but with it being a short night for him I wanted him to be in a good mood, especially since it had been 2 months since I last saw him. My wife is Filipina. Nothing was said to me directly. The only thing I was spoken to about was that I had to pay extra for my daughter because our room rate only paid for 2 people. We were put in the far back corner, then our hostess walked away, leaving us at a still dirty table. Coffee was never offered, nor juice or even water. The layout of the buffet was not explained. She simply walked away. I am not exactly sure of what else was said to my wife, but after a few minutes of sitting there, she excused herself and returned to the room. We stayed there 4 nights and she never again went to the buffet as she had been shamed. It ruined our time as a family.
