Booked 2 rooms, and one of the curtain rods fell when we were trying to close the curtains. There was no hot water kettle in one of the rooms, and when we asked for one, we were told they do not provide. Took them awhile before one was given to us. Bedsheets had stains and hair strands left on them, pillows were very used (flat) and blanket was just a piece of thin cloth. One of the bedrooms had bedroom slippers provided, while the other did not have.
