Good Hotel close to Mall and transport

Posted Mar 11, 2017
Pros: Staff were very good , always when asked they did help..Close to shopping Mall easy to catch transport.
Cons: The breakfast menu needs to cater for westerners more and the food needs to be kept hotter Please put toilet rolls in the rooms.I bought my own..
Location: Well i do not have much to say about that as we just went to the mall and caught transport to other places we needed to go to..
This Hotel is what you pay for. The rooms are clean and tidy. I did have a lot of trouble with noise, some people do not care about others, some nights the Tv was left on full blast all night, some people decided to have a party all night , we were moved to another room only to have a Tv left on and a few girls decided to party. I was so tired some days because of all the noise. Because i do not eat rice noodles or fish for breakfast there was not much else to eat and most of the time it was cold , i just had some scrambled egg if it was hot which was not very often with toast with coffee.

Basic Hotel

Posted Dec 14, 2016
Pros: Located across the SM mall.
Cons: We could spot stains and hair left on the bedsheets, blanket provided was a thin piece of cloth and bathroom had a sewage smell
Location: There is a SM Mall just situated across the hotel but crossing the road can be a challenge if you are not with the locals.
Booked 2 rooms, and one of the curtain rods fell when we were trying to close the curtains. There was no hot water kettle in one of the rooms, and when we asked for one, we were told they do not provide. Took them awhile before one was given to us. Bedsheets had stains and hair strands left on them, pillows were very used (flat) and blanket was just a piece of thin cloth. One of the bedrooms had bedroom slippers provided, while the other did not have.

I booked this hotel for 4 nights in total. Only ended up staying for the two nights due to the poor condition of the room for me and my three year old daughter. There were stains all over the sheets, towels and the extra blanket I requested. The room and bathroom did not feel clean to a professional standard and was very dark and dingy, the rooms are also not cleaned daily and had to call reception several times for any type of request. understand that this is a budget hotel but it is advertised as a three star hotel and therefore expect it to meet a certain standard of cleanliness and service. I ended up having to book another hotel in Manila as I could not stay there any longer.

Next to good shopping centre.

Posted Dec 13, 2016
This is a 2-3 star hotel but ok for 1-2 nights. In my opinion, the nice breakfast and shopping centre is the best advantage. The front desk staff could be friendlier and be also trained to communicate better via emails. I emailed this hotel 5 times prior to arrival, unfortunately had no proper response. The supervisor gave me a better room when I complained there was no window in my room, I would have left the hotel at arrival had the supervisor not made this good decision. *The pick up shuttle from the airport is 1,500 Peso 700 more then Expedia said on the Itinerary, for me this was a lot of money and discouraging.

Do not stay here

Posted Dec 6, 2016
Stained bed linin, stained carpets, smells like people have been smoking in the rooms. No room fridge, minimal towels given. Uncomfortable beds. To put plainly... this place is a dump. Is nothing like the photos.

I am very sorry that you had an unfavorable experience with us. However, we would like to reiterate that our rooms are not carpeted, so it is not possible to have stained carpets. Not even our lobby is carpeted. If you are staying in Studio or Standard rooms, we really do not have fridge for this type of rooms. We only have fridge for our suites. We do hope that you will come back again to us and book our Suites, a much bigger room type and also have small fridge inside.
