BGCに近いホテル

マニラでももっともきれいなエリアのBGCに近くショッピングやご飯を食べる場所には最適な場所です。 タクシーなども係りの人が対応してくれるので、安心して乗る事ができます。 ただ、エレベーターと鍵(磁器)の接触が悪く、何回やっても目的地の階を押すことができないことがおきます。 そのため受け付けにいかなければならないのが難点です。

Close to St. Lukes Medical Center

Great location for those who have planned medical appointments at St. Lukes. It is only a 3 minute walk. There is no aircon in the hallways. The wait for the elevators were ridiculous. Took awhile for staff to bring up our luggages.The shower area had mold on the tiles and saw about 3 small roaches in our room. If you have kids, I dont recommend this place for you. Great for a quick stay only. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was great and the staff were helpful.

Next to hospital

Although the staff was friendly they need to be a lot more attentive. We would have to ask 2 to 3 times before we were serviced

Good Place to Stay

Pros: Convenience to Hospital, and the entire staff!
Cons: Little maintenance could be used in some areas.
Right across the street from the St. Luke's Medical Center. Very secure Hotel, great breakfast, excellent wi-fi! Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Staff is excellent

しいてあげるとシャワーの温度調整ができない。また水圧も弱い。 部屋の掃除魔は大丈夫と思いますがゴミ箱の清掃がなされてなかった。 全体的な評価は3です。

Apathetic, Unprepared for Guests with Disability

I asked the F1 front desk for a plastic chair to allow my disabled husband to take a shower safely. The first response was "we will TRY to find one" which is not reassuring. Then the F1 front desk called back 10 minutes later to say they do not have a chair so I calmly explained again that my husband is an amputee who is usually very independent and capable but since he cannot use his prosthetic leg or wheelchair in the shower, he needs a stool or chair to safely sit while he showers. About 15 minutes later, the front rang for the third time to which my husband responded: the apathetic front desk person said "hotel does not have a chair". This is when I called again and exploded to say that I want to talk to the manager and it is not acceptable that they cannot accomodate my husband's very reasonable request. I had to resort to threatening to checkout, get my money back (I prepaid 2 nights) and I even went so far as threatening to file a lawsuit! Only then did the front desk send room service to drop off a plastic chair, an over an hour after our initial request. It wasn't so much how long it took for the chair to materialize but how our request was met with apathy and how the front desk was clearly untrained and unprepared. We are world travellers and have stayed in many types/classes of lodging, from $500/night 5 star hotels to $15/night simple huts. We ALWAYS had very helpful and sympathetic staff that will come up with some kind of bathroom stool or chair.

Hotel in an office building

The hotel in general is fine and well located but the building is not a hotel building. The lobby is in the fifth floor? The main entrance is really small. The rooms are almost fine, but you can find old and dirty carpets in the aisles, the shower floor in the bathroom with dirt, and noisy air conditioning. The staff is good and they try to catch up but very slow elevators didn't help. I think is just a hotel for a very short stay. For the price I think I could find something better. The pictures I think are misleading.
