Overall it's a good place to stay.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staffs.
Cons: The hotel should keep up with the maintenance of the rooms.
Location: Location is something to get use too. But the shuttle is good to use to go to the nearby malls.
The room is great, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. My daughters loves the breakfast buffet. Jeff, the waiters and cooks are doing a great job on this restaurant. Only issues we have is walking around the neighborhood, it is something to get use too, first time my wife and daughters had seen extreme poverty. We did have some issues in the rooms, but the staffs fixed them immediately.

Old and Sad

Don't be fooled by the photos, this place is literally falling apart, filthy and dangerous.

Nice Hotel in a good part of Makati

Great room and staff. Pool and gym area however are a little old. I hear they will be renovated shortly

ITS A SO SO HOTEL

Cons: EVERYTHING
Location: ITS IS IN MAKATI AND MAKATI IS CITY CENTER CLOSE TO MANY OF THE MALL IN MANILA
I STAYED IN FRASER KAULALUMPUR EXPECTED SAME IN MANILA BUT DISAPPOINTED STAFF ARE NOT BAD BUT THE HOTEL AND FACILITIES NOT UPTO THE MARK

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, good location

Pros: The friendly concierge and reception staff
Cons: The breakfast hall is on floor 31 and not spacious... might be better located at ground or first floor
Location: The location is excellent ,,, in Makati not far from a nice public garden and malls.
Friendly staff, spacious rooms, good location and the breakfast was excellent. A nicer breakfast hall would improve matters, but this is not very important, given the excellent service I received at the hotel

Disappointing Amenities and room cleanliness

Room was filthy and poorly equipped. Limited dishware. No ice in bin or ice trays. Smelled badly of cigarette smoke.

The hotel is below the average of other hotels services in the area. I saw the price is much higher than services

Nice but old

Cons: Renewing
Location: Near malls and food area. Good for business travel for slightly longer trips.
The hotel is quite old but it is still quite nice to stay. Beds are clean and the space is huge.

Nice hotel with very eager staff

I was staying at the hotel for a couple of days, when I was in Manila on a business assignment. I encountered a couple of issues: 1. Noise. Due to the nature of my assignment, I had to sleep during day time and I asked explicitly for a quiet room. First night - I get a room with loud construction noise, but the receptionist tells me that it's a city project and it's over by next day. Day 2 - same thing. I call, they tell me there is nothing they can do. Worse off, about one hour later, they call, wake me up and ask if I'd like room service. 2. Bathrooms. Sometimes during the day, the hot water in the shower was rather warm than hot, so you couldn't wash your hair anytime. 3. Cleanliness. After one of my showers, I was drying up just to spot a cockroach. When I mentioned this to the reception, they apologized and shrug their shoulders. I must admin that my situation was very different in how I needed the room to be quiet during day-time, and to that end, the staff has been trying (or looked and sounded like they were trying) to find a different, quieter room. Unfortunately, this never yielded the sleep quality I wanted.
