ビジネスで何回も利用させて頂いており、ヘビーユーザーの1人ですが、いつもスタッフが優しく対応して下さいます。何回も利用させて頂いているせいか、名前も覚えて下さり、チェックインの際はエントランスに入るやいなや名前で呼んで下さいます。 とても安心なホテルです。

1st and last time

Booked a suite months before. Suites have now view, well, view over walls and airco's. Wifi & internet is horrible. Had to spend hrs at my room to get technicians the internet working. This happened every day during my 5 day stay. Had to wait for technician until 10:00 am cause apparently that's the time their shift starts. The last day no internet at all. This messed up my whole planning pretty much. No excuses or compensation offered. Mini-bar never got refilled during 5 day stay. Did refill it myself then later I still got charged for the items. I let them take items out and I gave it to the guards (The only persons polite and reasonable). Paying for the the use of minibar I had to remind staff I paid a P2000.00 deposit after I kept being pushed to pay up. Partly returning my deposit and after counting it came out they gave me a few P less. It occurred several times the card of the door-lock didn't work and had to go back to counter to get it working again. Breakfast is so-so. Polite staff there. But overall horrible, I'm better off booking a stall at a dairy-farm and be treated like cattle.

One of the worst experience in a hotel in my 35 ye

Insects in the restaurant, no A/c I the reception, at 9 pm the only restaurant is closed and no room service after 9 pm is only a few of the awful conditions at that hotel. The Wifi does not work and the shower sprays water all over the bathroom. This is a hotel that has zero maintenance and is run on a shoe string budget. Please take it off the Expedia list

As for the insects in the restaurant, our F and B Department are conducting thorough pest control every week to ensure guests' safety. Aircondition in our lobby is always turned on, however it has timer and this may have been the case during your stay. Also, Elan Cafe closes by 10 pm and our Housekeeping Department gives 24-hour room service. With regards to the wifi, there are some instances when the connection is weak due to the number of guests who are also using it but we have an IT personnel who is willing to assist you once you notify our Front Desk personnel. For your concern about the shower, we will check it in every room so this incident will not happen again. Rest assure that these untoward incidents are not reflective of the high standard of service that we pride ourselves with and I hope that you will grant us another chance to provide you the best service in the future. -The Management

시내관광을 원하신다면 많이 떨어져있지만 그린힐스 지역에 연고가 있다면 최고의호텔 그린힐스쇼핑센터만 구경해도 하루가 다 갈 정도이고 맛있는 식당도 많음 다만 공항에서 좀 멀어 교통체증은 예상하고 있어야함

Has potential, but came up short

This Hotel has potential, but is comes up short! The staff were very accommodation and professional. However, the room carpets were filthy, they spray and strong perfumed spray in the room that made me sneezed and my eyes to water (I think it is to cover the moldy smell of the room) and the walls are thin, as I could hear the TV of the person in the next room all night long. Would I stay here again? Not likely!!

Close to shopping centres, very handy.

Cons: Change the old carpet as stains are already visible. Paint or varnish the bathroom door. First day check in, noticed the beddings wasn't clean.
Staff are good listeners and prompt to customers request especially when it pertains to room service.

Amenities always not ready in the room, need to ask for towels, toothbrushes, slippers etc every night. Towels old and shower water very low and little. No warm water at room 3001.
