Front desk are not that so accommodating. Lady was talking to somebody on the phone, from what I can hear its's not work related. And even I'm already in front of her she still continue with the call. When she hangs up on the phone, she did not even gave me a smile. Not a good example of customer service. We ordered food from the room and food came after more than 1 hour. Follow up the order more than 3 times. I wish everyone will have a refresher training when it comes to service and customer satisfaction.
