シャワースペースは広くて快適であるが、肝心の熱いお湯が出ない。かなり待っているとぬるま湯が出るようになったが、かなり難儀した。部屋は広く、ベッドも快適で文句ないだけに、シャワーの不備は残念。

What confirmation number....

Pros: Cheap price...close to where I am heading.
Front desk needs a confirmation number hard copy before you check-in....they will not allow you if they don't see a copy with a confirmation number or copy of an email from Expedia.....BUT !! Expedia send you a Itinerary reference number... Which is different from what Expedia send in the confirmation email. I have to deliberate this before they finally let me check-in to the room. The the confirmation number is no where ini the email yet a ITiNERARY Reference is....... Somehow they are seeking a different number..Jul 13, 2016 - Jul 14, 2016 | Itinerary # 7196887729301...there is no Confirmation number....they where showing me a totally different number....

Investigate before asking unnecessary questions

I have stayed in this hotel previously and I came back because I felt very welcome at first. The recent stay, I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. On the night of Jun 4 2016 a guy from the reception calls me saying I have a visitor downstairs (my cousin). There were 4 of them at the reception, my cousin said. The guy started questioning me which I felt unnecessary. Visiting hours is finished and he can't sleep in the room. I wasn't very impressed at all. They should have taken into consideration that I am visiting from Sydney Australia and i expect family & friends to visit me anytime. Besides I have rented 2 rooms / 3 nights. 2 people each room should be allowed. They should have investigated first before assuming I was rorting the system. I would give a huge credit to the porter that helps n very attentive from the start to the end of our stay. Not 100% sure if I should come back to this hotel. They' guy/manager who called me is unprofessional.
