20年ぶりのマニラ滞在

Location: 治安が悪くスリやガイドと称してのタカリ屋が多い。観光で来る所ではないと思った。
フィリピンは最低4000円前後で日本人がある程度不快ないホテルに滞在できる。物価を考えると高過ぎと思う。ここも日本のビジネスホテルレベルの部屋だったが割引やプロモーション価格で滞在できたので満足。

ロビンソンデパート、カラオケ等徒歩圏内にあり私の様に他地域へ行く為の短期滞在には適していると思います。

Location: US Embassy, Robinsons Place, bars and restaurants
The hotel is located in prime location near the US Embassy and near a mall with food options. The area is a little dodgy at night but is safe and people milling about all the time. I stayed one night and had to wait a while after the check-in time of 2pm for the room to be cleaned. the superior rooms are a little small and the window opens to a internal walkway.

Nice hotel on the beach

Almost romantic but if the toilet doesn't work ... It destroys.had tocall them about once a day to fix it. Otherwise beautiful set up. Restaurant only mediocre food for my taste, like most restaurants in Boracay today: they try to do everything but nothing comes out authentic, ( not even the hamburger) still enjoyed the stay

Location and comfort

The location is good as it's close to the mall and good food. I did however get bit by a spider while sleeping. The hotel staff were excellent, they changed my room and comped breakfast for two. I think it's a nice place to stay and would stay again when in the area.

Hotel inmitten von Makati

Cons: Mehr Personal an der Rezeption. Zeitweise war nur eine Person vor Ort.
Location: Makati
Hotel liegt inmitten von Makati, eignet sich gut um die Stadt zu erkunden, da es relativ zentral liegt. Große Shoppingmall in der Nähe, Jeepneys halten fast vor der Tür und für ein oder zwei Nächte ist auch die Ausstattung in Ordnung. Generell hat unser Zimmer schon bessere Zeiten gehabt und auch der "Ausblick" war ernüchternd (in ein Treppenhaus), aber es war sauber und die Möbel waren in gutem Zustand. Ein gemetertes Taxi vom Flughafen sollte maximal 250-300 Pesos kosten., alles andere ist Abzocke.

3 stay here and couldnt have gone any better

Pros: the staff are very friendly and do look after you
Cons: menu in the bar
Location: plenty of bars and night life robinsons mall just around the corner
this is my third stay at this hotel and things couldn't have gone any better the room was comfy and well maintained and although i was street side of the hotel after only one day you could hardly notice the busy street outside. however i do feel that something needs to be done about the menu in the bar i have been going here now for the past 3 years and the menu has hardly changed

Not a nice hotel.

Pros: The room was as described and a good value.
Cons: During the evening hours the lobby & restaurant are filled with smoke. Management & staff need to be educated about the hospitality industry.
Location: There is a nice large mall nearby. The U.S. Embassy & different restaurants are close by. Unfortunately, the surrounding streets are are very seedy.
Unfortunately I made a nonrefundable and noncancellable reservation in order to get the lowest available rate. My reservation for 21 days. Upon checking in, I went over my confirmed reservation that states that I would have a queen bed. I was informed that the room that I reserved does not have a queen bed. I was told that I would have to upgrade to have a queen bed. I agreed to the upgrade and was told that they did not have one available. I was further told that to check back and as soon as kitchenette with a queen bed was available, they would move us. After 4 attempts to be moved to the upgrade were rejected, I realized that they had no intention to satisfy me. I then asked if I could rent a microwave oven from them. I was told no. After being there for a week, I was awakened early one morning with hammering on the other side of the wall. My room was the at the end of the floor. I inquired about this annoyance. I was told that that noise was coming from another building away from their property and they have no control to stop it. I requested to be moved. Of course, there were no rooms available. I was told that the noise would only take place between 10am and 4pm. The following morning, I was told that there was another room available that we could move to but it was a smoking room. I rejected that because I do not smoke and that is why I requested a non smoking room. This continued for 12 days. I did not receive any hospitality from this hotel.
