Not a nice hotel.

Unfortunately I made a nonrefundable and noncancellable reservation in order to get the lowest available rate. My reservation for 21 days. Upon checking in, I went over my confirmed reservation that states that I would have a queen bed. I was informed that the room that I reserved does not have a queen bed. I was told that I would have to upgrade to have a queen bed. I agreed to the upgrade and was told that they did not have one available. I was further told that to check back and as soon as kitchenette with a queen bed was available, they would move us. After 4 attempts to be moved to the upgrade were rejected, I realized that they had no intention to satisfy me. I then asked if I could rent a microwave oven from them. I was told no. After being there for a week, I was awakened early one morning with hammering on the other side of the wall. My room was the at the end of the floor. I inquired about this annoyance. I was told that that noise was coming from another building away from their property and they have no control to stop it. I requested to be moved. Of course, there were no rooms available. I was told that the noise would only take place between 10am and 4pm. The following morning, I was told that there was another room available that we could move to but it was a smoking room. I rejected that because I do not smoke and that is why I requested a non smoking room. This continued for 12 days. I did not receive any hospitality from this hotel.
