Convenient

Pros: I liked the staff's friendliness. They made me feel at home. I really appreciated their kindness.
Cons: The hotel could have been more forward about doing renovations at the time. That was something they should have let current guest know right away.
Location: There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby as well as places to do some sight seeing. I would recommend that tourists use Uber. It is best.
The hotel was in a nice location. My room was ready early and the staff allowed me to check in without the fee. The room was very simple and clean. I had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and made sure to answer any question I had about the location.

Pros: 部屋がそこそこ綺麗
Cons: ホテルの1、2、3階がカジノのためカジノ利用者がエレベーターを普通に使うため宿泊者が部屋に戻るのに時間が掛かる。
Location: カジノが有るホテル。
このホテルは全室禁煙のホテルです。喫煙者には地獄のホテルですが、家族旅行、お子様連れにはいいかもしれません。 カジノもあるし、朝食はビュフェですが種類も豊富で日本人でも問題なく食事がとれます。 難点は深夜は男性でも一人歩きが危険なエリアです。

フィリピン初めての方にもオススメ! 日本人宿泊客も多い。朝食のバイキングはとても良い。喫煙スペースもあるので、食事をしながらタバコも吸える、愛煙家にはもってこいのホテル。

Disappointed

1. Windows quite dirty. 2. Pool and gym bad conditions 3. The staff doesn't offer information about tour. 4. The guarantee is just payed in local money. 5. Conclusion: This hotel is terrible.

close to Robinson Mall

Pros: The breakfast buffet.
Cons: The lobby should have a great smell.
Location: Robinson Mall,,and close to the other shopping center.
The entrance had a very bad smell. I think the water or the chemical they use to clean the floor had a bad smell. My sister and I cover our nose every time we walk to the lobby. But they had an excellent breakfast buffet.

hotel close to amenities

Wifi is bad. Can't even receive signal in the hotel lobby. Plus point, it's within walking distant to tourist attractions. Reserved king bed but was allotted 2 single reason being hotel was fully booked. Requested to change to king bed available next day and no update till we visit the hotel reception to get it change personally. Unable to reach reception over house phone. Poor phone service. Requested for late check out as flight leave at 10pm and was given one hour extra till 1pm. Very disappointed. It's a Monday departure, not public holiday and hotel could not b fully booked still cannot accommodate request. We arrived hotel at 11pm on sat and ask to check out later on Monday but was rejected.

Good Hotel downtown Manila

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Maybe the hotel baggage personnel NOT be so pushy to Insist on carrying your Only suitcase when there is a Strong man able to roll his own suitcase.
Location: Shopping and a place to eat within less than 100 feet.
Good personnel and nice clean room and Great location.
