Will not be going back

On arrival we were told that the room that we had reserved and paid for in full had been given to someone who wanted to extend their stay, and that we would be transferred to another hotel. The other hotel was older and the room smaller than the one we had booked and we were then asked to pay extra for the third bed that was necessary despite having booked a room suitable for three adults. During the stay any service we received was sent to us from Grand Hampton, hence the breakfasts arrived cold and there was a long wait involved. We demanded some compensation for being messed around but none was given. We refused payment of the rollaway bed and had staff "begging" us to pay as it would come out of their own pockets. Not impressed at all and certainly will not be back!
