Nice cozy room overlooking the Manila bay.

Very comfy and amnesties is far from what I am expecting. Very orderly , neat & clean + very friendly and helpful staffs that suits to our stays at the hotel feel at home.

NIce hotel but terrible traffic conditions.

The hotel is nice and definitely value for money. Only problem is getting around in a car, the traffic along Roxas Boulevard is a nightmare. The condition can last till 10pm daily.

Superb Manila Bay view

Pros: The Living Room lounge
Cons: Modern and better TV sets in the rooms
Very nice atmosphere, very nice staff, very clean room, very good and rich breakfast

Hotel is cloe to robinson.

Room look good. But the furniture are old and dirty. Bed is very soft. Would suggest renew furnitures.

decent place in a not so decent area

Pros: nothing special
Cons: friendly more polite staff.
room was decent enough. comfortable bed. generally clean. others guests complained of rooms smelling of smoke but mine did not. overall not a great location. It's smack in the middle of the red light district. so unless that's your thing. wouldn't advise staying unless you want to trip over working girls. staff is nice enough to guests. though they kind of judge you based on if they think you have money or not. I was treated well while others were treated rather coldly from my observations.

Unhappy!!! They are prejudice and mean staff!!!! I will never ever ever go to that Hotel ever anymore!!!

Staff are friendly, accommodating and attentive without being invasive of personal space. The amenities are equal to other high-end hotels in the area; I truly enjoyed my time at the Residence Club Living Room. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit the Philippines again.

Hotel staff leadership is very good.

Pros: Room and room service
Cons: Check in is always busy.
Location: Lots of malls and museums
Nice room. Good food. Casino was fun. I lost too much money! I received a nice room and an upgrade with my VIP+ rewards.

部屋は快適。ロビンソンも近くカジノもあっ便利でした。食事はメニューがあまり変わらないので長期だとあきてくるかも。ホテルタクシーが高すぎる。でも総じて快適でした。
