Vacation stay

Pros: The appearance and everything it had to offer.
Cons: Nothing
Location: The mall is really the only thing we noticed near by in walking distance. I am sure there is a lot more we did not know about.
This was our second time staying at the Pan Pacific Hotel. It is the best stay of our entire trip. The staff was fantastic and the hotel are incredible. We cannot wait to stay there again.

Location: ロケーションは周りに飲食店・コンビニ・両替所、等が立ち並ぶ位置にあり、タクシーを利用しないでも充分用が足せる環境。
ホテルの立地条件もよく、日本人には1階の日本食レストランやコヒーショップが便利。ホテルの従業員は親切で朝食の21回での食事もよい。

Accommodating Staff

Pros: Helpful staff.
Cons: A detailed profile for regular guests that is available to all staff.
Location: The hotel itself and the rooftop garden are nicer places to hang out than most surrounding attractions, but I recommend a walk to the Diamond Hotel.
As a particular person interacting with 300 staff members of a Hotel, things end up falling through the cracks. This time the staff forgot my sensitivity to scent and put a lot of air freshener in the room before I arrived. That stuff happens in good hotels. What stands out about Pan Pacific is the response. They instantly upgraded me to a room without scent, took my dirty laundry from travelling to a local laundry shop to save me the in-house laundry fees, and gave me a complimentary drink while they moved my luggage to the new room. After ten stays I've come to expect this response and it's why I come back.

Cons: せめて払った分だけの部屋に泊めてください。
一緒に行く連れがいつもこのホテルなので、次回以降もこのホテル。だが、最悪。エグゼクティブルームで予約して前払いしたのに、思ったより狭いなーと思っていたら、部屋はスリーペアだった。部屋にクラスが書いて有るわけでもなく、詳しくないとこの様な詐欺ホテルの罠には気付けない。次回から自分で確認する必要があります。

호텔 위치가 걸리긴 하지만 직원분들의 서비스와 시설 모두 가격 대비 대만족! 호텔에서만 있어도 좋은 여행이었다고 할 수 있을만큼 호텔 시설이 좋다. 다만 룸서비스나 객실내 물품의 가격이 상당하다는 것이 아쉽다.

Pros: 快適な部屋と安心できるセキュリティ
Cons: こちらで喫煙可の予約をしても、現地で禁煙ルームを案内されました。怒らずに粘り強く交渉しましょう。
Location: 周辺にすべての用が済みます。とても便利です。
すべての施設(買物、食事、ナイトスポット)が周辺にあり、とても便利です。スタッフもフレンドリーで館内も快適です。

ショッピングするにも食事をするにも大変便利な場所です。 ほぼ徒歩で行けます。

Pros: 忘れ物をきちんと保管してあったこと。
Cons: もう少し日本語に対応していただきたい。
Location: ロケーションは表裏で全然違ってきます。 基本的に上層階がいいでしょう。
ホテルないにはカジノもあり退屈な時間などありません。 鞄の忘れ物もきちんと保管してありました。 セキュリティにおいても立派なホテルです。

Pillow menu

Pros: Pillow menu, butler service.
Cons: The pay per view movies have a preview icon on the TV that does not actually exist, which took three calls and a visit to clarify.
Location: There are a few nice massage places within the block.
This is the first hotel I've stayed in with a Pillow menu of more than five types of pillow to order. Their butler service is also truly helpful and tip-based rather than fee-based. Here's what I mean: I stayed at Diamond Hotel down the street and discovered I'd left my electric razor in the U.S. Traffic being horrible and not wanting to stress out I asked their concierge to run to the nearest mall and buy me the cheapest temporary electric razor. Three phone calls later, with conflicting information each time, they finally said they would charge me $55. plus the razor cost of around $20. At Pan Pacific is was just the taxi cost to go and get me a multivitamin and some iron for my girlfriend. I feel really helped at Pan Pacific most of the time, VS run around any time a special need comes up at Diamond Hotel or Manila Hotel, which are great Hotels in their way.

外国に於いて宿泊先で安心して寛ぐ事は大切なファクターであり、随分と治安が良くなったとは言えまだまだ不安要素の残るこの地域でのこのホテルは有難い。

丁寧親切快適

ノースモーキングルームで予約していたのがスモーキングルームになっていたので指摘すると、その日はチェックインが夜の11時頃でもう部屋がないとのこと、では翌日部屋を用意するということで、荷物の移動も含めて請け負ってくれた。翌日夜フロントに行くと、部屋を用意したとのことで行ってみると荷物も移動されており、快適な部屋に移動することができた。対応がとてもよかったです。モーニングコールも、頼むと無料のコーヒーや紅茶を持ってきてくれると為、必ず起きることができる。とてもいい滞在時間を過ごすことができた。
