The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful Breakfast is a good value but is rather chaotic depending on the time you go. I lost my table somewhere between my meal and getting a coffee.

Second time at this hotel. Check in takes 40-60 minutes. There is always a massive line and they don't adjust staff. Dinner last night took forever - my friend got his food and he finished I then asked my status and waited another 15 for bahn no and my beer. I wouldn't return

Expedia site indicated that this hotel had free airport shuttle. They haven’t had an airport shuttle for the past 4 years. Front desk also said our room didn’t come with free breakfast. I showed them the reservation email that it did.

At the end of the 5 star hotel complex. This hotel is a 4 at best. Rooms are small but very clean. Pool area is very nice and staff are friendly and professional. Free Shuttle across the street to Newport Mall is a plus! Hotel is very popular and may take up to 30 minutes to check in or out.

Property is close to the airport, but traffic patterns will make it a 20-minute drive. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cafe is more expensive than nearby restaurants but has good food as well.

I had a great stay primarily because of the staff. From the initial arrangement for airport pick up, to bellman, to check in and check out, I was met with staff who must love their jobs. My room had a nice comfy bed, complete amenities including free coffee, tea and water. There’s also refrigerator in the room. Bathroom was stocked with everything I needed except no lotion. Breakfast in the morning was PHP958 and it was buffet. The only disappointing part of breakfast was that there was no Filipino protein for breakfast like ticino, longsnisa or beef tapa. This should be a staple. Overall buffet breakfast was just good not excellent. 8/10 for the food selection. 10 for overall service.

Alright, I'll give you 'the good', 'the bad', and 'the ugly'. Savoy is, for some reason, VERY security conscious. They will run a mirror on a pole under your car (and check the trunk) when you pull up. I guess that's good (no, big deal). But, my girlfriend and I went out every day for walks and shopping. Staff recognized us every day. It was never a problem getting back into the hotel. It's VERY convenient to get to the international terminal of the airport. It should cost only about 200 or so pesos (if that). GRAB about 200 and taxi would be under (there are usually taxi's outside the hotel). On expedia (I think; or maybe the hotel website), it indicates there is a shuttle service to the airport. Well, this isn't a traditional shuttle service as an American would think of it. When I asked for it, I was told it would be a 'private car' and it would cost $1,200 pesos. Let's keep in mind that at today's exchange rate, $1,200 pesos is only about 20 us dollars (not a big deal). However, I knew the hotel is like 5 blocks away and that I could get a much better deal, so I opted to have the hotel call me a GRAB (was there in about 2 minutes). The GRAB was about under 200 pesos and I gave the guy a 50 peso tip (he was VERY HAPPY and I still saved about 1k pesos; about 18 dollars US). They have what looks to be a very high-end dining room. That's just not me. I'm an 'eat local and cheap' kind of guy. There are plenty of eating and shopping options within 3 blocks.

It is very close to shopping and dining places. There is a free shuttle service that takes passengers to the mall. There is one thing that I didn’t like. The hotel is using two dogs (one is a year old! I don’t know about the other one) as scanner for explosives. The dogs work a 12-hour shift in very hot weather. They’re not allowed to rest inside where the scanner is located, which is air-conditioned. As a dog owner, it broke my heart to see them working under very hot temperatures. Those dogs deserve better. They could get heat stroke and die. I spoke to the security manager about it. I pray they stop using dogs. It is inhuman to treat these dogs that way. Please let the higher management know.

This is a great stopover hotel between lights. Menu is a bit pricey by Filipino standards. I do love their beds. Very comfortable.

Hotel is good for its price. Breakfast is satisfying for what you pay. Staff are friendly they making sure everyone is taking care of. The pool price is bit too high for extra guest to swim for coupe hours. Location is the best if you’re flying in and out NAIA. A lot of shops around the area. Transportations are everywhere from busses to taxi and jeepney’s . Newport Mall is half mile away from the hotel . Airport you can walk to terminal 3 VIA skywalk just right behind Belmont Hotel 1/4mike away from Savoy.

Restaurant food was goodand the staff were good in general, however their less then forthright policy regarding visa payments did not impress me, also i didnt receive the wakeup call i requested. Luckily i woke up on my own, but would have been a disaster if i would have missed my international flight.

The location is good, just a 10min drive to NAIA terminal 3, very accessible with grab or taxi. The staff are all well-trained and very helpful. We got a room on the 8th floor, and we complained due to the overpowering smell inside the room coming from the hotel’s sewerage system in the bathroom. The breakfast was a bit boring, some dishes were tasteless and overall, had less food options considering that they cater to customers internationally. However, we survived and still had a great stay!

The Savoy hotel suited our needs perfectly for our short stay in the Manila area. It's conveniently located in terms of being a short grab or ride to shopping as well as the airport. The hotel itself is well kept, clean, bright and new feeling. Every staff member we encountered were welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable regarding any questions we may have had. Housekeeping was also very prompt with requests and did a wonderful job cleaning our room. I would absolutely stay here again!
