Fantastic hotel! We love Sofitel!

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. We love Sofitel hotel and we are looking forward to stay again in our next vacation in Manila Philippines!

プールサイドでのオーダーは素早く快適だが宿泊客以外のゲストが多いため、バタバタ感がある 朝食のバイキングは素晴らしいが 値段が高すぎる。 部屋のスペースは快適だが 何か物足りない。

Nice relaxing hotel, nice pool, excellent food

The hotel was very clean and nice, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel offered a nice spa, and the swimming pool area very nice. Very nice place to spend a couple of days to relax!

Pros: 特になし。
Cons: 1.評価で、日本語の話せるスタッフがいないと聞いていたが、本当であった。日本人の利用客がフロントとのやり取りに苦労していた。これは、大いに改善してほしい点である。 2.隅々において、部屋の古さと清掃の悪さが目立っていた。 3.ホテルの防音対策をしてほしい。
Location: 部屋からの眺めは、良い。 周りに、コンビニ等がなく、出かけるときは常にタクシ-利用とになるため、不便であると思った。
早朝のフライトであるのと慢性的な渋滞を回避するため、空港に近いこのホテルに一泊しました。 通常はマカティのホテルを利用していますが、今回初めての利用となりました。 宿泊当日は、地元企業主催のパ-ティ-があったらしく、夜12時まで振動と騒音が鳴りやまず、眠れなかった。 そのためか、ル-ムサ-ビスでマンゴジュ-スとリンゴと小っちゃなケ-キが、夕食から帰ると室内のテ-ブルに置いてあったので、上記のル-ムサ-ビスの理由をつたない英語で確認したが、最後まで理解出来なかった。ただ分かったのは、チャ-ジが発生しないことだけだだった。 私としては、ル-ムサ-ビスより睡眠時間がほしかった。また、日本語を話せるスタッフが常駐してほしいと思った。ちなみに、最初に日本語の話せるスタッフをお願いしますといったが、あっさりいないと即答されてしまった。

セキュリティが一番のホテル

Pros: スタッフがフレンドリーです。プールでエアーマットを持参したらスタッフがポンプで入れてくれた。プールのスタッフはガーデンレストランと一緒。
Cons: プールサイドで寛いでいたら、15:00位から、ガーデンレストランのバーベキュウの夕食の準備が始まり、テーブルや椅子のセッティングでうるさく落ち着かなかった。
Location: プール側の6階以上の部屋がサンセットも見えて良いと思います。ホテルライフを楽しむのは一番良い。食事はガーデンレストランで軽食で二人で5,000円位です。夕食は1階レストランで、10,000円位です。私は昼食が14:30頃だったので、2階の生バンドの演奏付のバーでお酒とつまみで、5,000円位です。
セキュリティが凄い、ホテルにタクシーで行った時、エントランスに入る前にガードマンによるセキュリティチェック、車の下からトランク、宿泊客の確認が有り、ホテルロビーに入る時は、空港の身体検査並みのチェック、初めての体験でちょっとびっくりしました。ベルに予約確認書を渡すと後はスムーズでした。日本人は殆どいません。12:00にチェックインすると直ぐに部屋に入れました。部屋は日の出側です。プール側の6階以上の部屋がサンセットも見えて良いと思います。次回はチェックインの時リクエストします。

Pros: 공항에서 가깝고, 몰오브아시아 가깝고, 일광욕 하기 좋음
Cons: 숙도에 습기가 너무 많음, 카펫 청소를 더 깨끗하게 해주세요.
Location: 몰오브아시아에 다~ 있음.
객실 넓고, 공항에서 가깝고, 수영장 이쁘고... 다만 주위에 공사하는 곳이 많아 시끄러움
