Great Service and Location
Great services. Help me with lost item. Made sure I was fine for transport to Airport. Hotel is very well located. Great security. Room is spacious, clean and convenient. A place I will return. Only thing to consider, is that the windows need a little clean, and mostly, the TV Cable should offer much more channels, like it is the case with most hotel in the vicinity.

service was 100%, plus its a nice hotel
it is closely situated and an easy walk to a wide variety of shopping malls/food/drinks. in the hotel courtyard area, there is a wonderful cafe shack that does coffee/smoothies/food. rooms are quaint and i found them very nice. beautiful views of makati business district skyscrapers on upper floors. it stands on its own as a good hotel without the notoriety of the "old swiss inn" restaurant (located in the hotel courtyard), which wasnt impressive, no offense.

Overall it was quite disappointing. Getting into the hotel was a challenge. Reception is through a courtyard of banks and downstairs, underground. Check-in was quick, but after there was no staff to help with bags. We lugged our suitcases over to the building and into the elevator ourselves. Once up the room was big, bed was soft and aircon was cold. Bathroom was tiny and cramped though, but water pressure was amazing. The TV had barely any channels to what you'd expect compared with other hotels. The exterior windows really need cleaning as you can't really appreciate the view. The rooms and hotel is very dated and needs a major renovation. I wouldn't call this 4 star.

Hotel is ok. It’s old, elevator is very slow. Rooms are ok, they are very spacious. The balcony is not really a balcony, just a tiny dirty space you can barely stand in. The reception, doormen, security and everyone else we encountered were outstanding. Service is great, Hotel soso.

8 out of 10 I stayed in the one bedroom executive suite. This room is very nice, clean, and spacious. The only update needed was to change the original windows in the room (from the 1970's), as there was was a 1" gap in the bathroom window where noise and hot air could get in. The Staff are nice and very helpful. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. It's not a buffet. It is a plated breakfast (2 eggs, cheap meat like spam, and rice). The buffet part consists of melon, coffee, juice, and bread and butter (that is all). I had to supplement my breakfast every day with my own hardboiled eggs.

The staff was amazing. The curtains should be replaced. The one in the bedroom had to either be pushed up while pulling the cable to open them or they wouldnt open at all.

Might want to update the curtains. The beroom ones did not want to go back up. The staff was amazing with our dog since they had to walk him because our quarantine.

Had booked for 2 nights for two people. Arived to find the room set up for one person only. Order beer to the room. After 3 phone calls and 1.5 hours later the beer arivied. Had same issue with food, breakfast arrived just for one. Order lunch and had to cancel after one hour due to no show. Room Service is very poor.

Received a substandard room. Was immediately offered five alternatives which unfortunately had similar imperfections (unclean; bad smell; aged interior; etc.) Refurbished rooms were obviously all occupied. The (extremely helpful) GM had me then transferred to Citadines Salcedo. Complete refurbishment required!

Very spacious and clean. Price was reasonable. Staff were cordial, friendly, respectful and responsive. Food at the restaurant is fair. Great accessible location. The water heater was not automatic as we had to ask for them to turn it on. Had some issues with the elevator and only one was working. There should be a service elevator. Internet connection was slow, which was surprising, since it’s located in the heart of business center in Makati - Ayala Avenue. They should at least have shuttle service.
