Nice hotel in Alabang

Pros: Vue (rooftop) bar. Great views and acoustics.
Cons: Service and management
Location: Restaurants
Nice hotel. Price is reasonable. The Vue bar is very nice. Pool is OK and service is fine although a bit bureaucratic.

very quiet and relaxing for staycation

we spent overnight for staycation and it felt like a fee days already. we also saw other families with kids and I guess it is a good place for business, leisure, and family events. Although the hotel is old already, they maintained the cleanliness and interior. Just 1 towel which already overworn and torn already. some few scratches in the br tiles and furniture but it is still fine. I still like their rooms. We only had 2 bttles of drinking water though unlike in other hotels where normally there's about 6 bottles. Also very few coffee and creamet. But it is still a nice place to spend weekend.

Exceeded our expectations! great facilities & great service received on our 9 nights stay. Very good location close to shopping malls.

Trust me on this one, this hotel is great

Pros: Everything is excellent. I particularly like the Executive lounge. Breakfast is good too. Nice poolside...
Cons: It would be great if the Bellevue took over some of the wannabe hotels in Manila and brought them up to the Bellevue Alabang standard!
Location: ATC, technology park, Laguna
Manila is hit and miss with hotels, and so if you want to avoid the risk, book the Bellevue Alabang, it is exceptional. It is in a true first world business location, has great security and a palatial entrance. In the area is Alabang Town Centre - you can walk to it (it is a western style shopping mall). make sure the locations suits you, Manila traffic is the worst though. The location is perfect for me. The hotel has two towers, both have pools, restaurants, gym etc, everything you might expect for a 5 star hotel. The rooms and all hotel areas are tidy, the staff exemplary, and I am a repeat guest, not looking for anyplace else, Bellevue is my 2nd home!

Handicapped room for not handicapped people

Pros: The gym and the pool
Location: Very good location
We reserved the room one month before our stay but they put us in the room for handicapped even we are not handicapped. I just knew about it when the tank of the toilet got trouble, the water keep running from the bowl. The first maintenance that I called fixed it for a while the second maitenance totally fixed it. I asked the maintenance why the way the shower room is like that and the maintenance said because it is built for the handicapped, I felt like insulted. I requested for room transfer but they said it is all full. We stay there till check out.The door from the other rooms closed so loud and the elevators so slow. Very inconvenient.

15minutes waiting time for lift: all the time

This hotel has been working on the lift renewals for nearly a year. many times we need to wait 10-15 minutes for the lift and many times I just went down by stairs from the 10th floor. Clearly this hotel has no respect at all for their customers. The General Manager simply does not care that all his guests have to wait very long times to go up or down. It took before more than a year to fix the internet. Now it is the lift. What will be the problem in 2017. This is a hotel that is badly run.

Breakfast buffet was merely adequate. Coffee, eggs, sausages, rice, etc. were barely warm. Overall experience was very good to excellent.

Great service by employees! My favorite is the Gym and trainers! Top notch trainers in the gym! Love the live music 6 times a night at the top of Hotel! Hotel is near two shopping malls and lots of eating places!

Nightmare before our wedding

Pros: i like the room, has cold aircondition and a comfy bed
Cons: service and staff
Location: good location, has a cheap food joint nearby, has a free shuttle to the nearby shopping malls.
I booked 15 rooms on this hotel in advance 2 months before our wedding, when i arrived a month before our wedding date, they have warned me that there will be no assurance of room type, i was ok with it as long as there was rooms ready on the day before the wedding. -the check in started around 5-6pm, supposed to be at 3pm but i was already at the hotel around 1pm -key cards not working on the elevator and on the rooms, my family and friends have to keep going down to re update the key cards. -the 2 bedroom suites given to us was only 1 bedroom and we have to change room twice. -they have given both the 2 family guest the same room. -double charged us on some rooms and bills quite a disaster even on our honeymoon, we have to spend half our day at the reception/front desk just to sort out the bills and charges. big disappointment from me, my family and relatives, and my friends that stayed at the hotel.
