No hot water sometimes

No hot water sometimes, and every time that I park the rental car, I have to get a parking exit ticket.

Leuke all-in hotel met leuke prijs

Fitness, zwembad, jacuzzi en locatie in ortigas center zijn duidelijke pluspunten. Voor dezelfde prijs met dezelfde faciliteiten kan je geen andere hotels vinden in ortigas center. Jammer dat kamers klein zijn en veel insecten. Ook ontbijt was duur en elke dag hetzelfde.

Nice and helpful staff, room (deluxe) smaller than I expected, tv&internet worked properly. Some insects here and there .... I know it's the climate but they should do something with it.....

OK but there was construction

Pros: Workout room was adequate.
Cons: Check in process. They recommend check after 2 PM. Why do I have to wait another 30 minutes for the hotel to check if room is ready?
Location: Walking distance to the mall but better to ride.
Hotel did not state that there is ongoing construction right across. The jackhammers are going on all day long. Hotel room is basic and ok but smell of sewage comes out of the bathroom drain. Made me wait for 30 minutes "to check if the room is ready".

Nice area

Pros: Good Location. Nice Swimming Pool. Quiet Rooms
Cons: Have a real king size bed not two twin beds pushed together. Invest in a putter for the mini golf and add more holes billiard cue no,chalk
Location: Close to SM mall and lots of choices for local restaurants. Nice area to walk around town also.
We enjoyed to pool most about this place. The breakfast buffet was ok not a lot of choices. It is a great location close to sm mall and other restaurants. Great Value and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

가격 대비 깔끔하고 안내네스크 직원들도 괜찮음. 헤어드라이기 등 비품 요청시 직원들이 바쁜지 너무 늦게옴. 택시 잡기가 너무 힘듦.

It's fun to stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week. everyday we came back from sightseeing, there was always elefants which were made from towels on the bed, and a note which said " Hope Enjoy your stay!" It's just a small thing. However that made our trip more memorable. thank you Noli!

Not a 4* room but 4* services I. E sauna, jacuzzi

Not a 4* hotel but 4* services like the pool and spa, the pool was on third floor which was good, it had a heated jacuzzi and a sauna which were both very good and made up for the room which is still good, the bathroom is tiny and you can't propery sit on the trap as the sink is in the way, no tea and coffee facilities which is odd in a 4* hotel. The restaurant and coffee shop are not 'part' of the hotel but in the same building even of you have to walk outside to get to them and are privately owned and not the cheapest, mega mall is cheaper with better choice.
