Look for another hotel.
Well I availed the studio superior on the website bed should be a queen size well I got a double sized bed, the room includes a mini fridge and a kitchen, there’s a stove no kitchen pots or a kettle to even boil a water for the coffee no coffee maker as well, what’s the sense of providing a mini kitchen if there are no kitchen utensils you can use, are the guest will be bringing it over during their stay? Extra pillows and blankets will incur additional fee, take note there’s no slippers and bathrobes in the room, hygiene kit only includes soap and shampoo bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. I’m so disappointed that we checked out around 5:30AM. Never going back to this hotel!

This property is poorly/badly maintained. When I checked in, you can smell sewage inside the elevator and there is even water(condensation) leaking inside the elevator unit. The room that I was put it the first time, has very nasty bathroom. The caulking is dirty and cracked, the floor is flooding with water from the shower and the shower valve is loose. On the kitchen, they provide a broken electric water pot patch with a tape. I requested to be transferred to another room that at first look nicer with nice looking bathroom. However, just the same, the caulking is dark dirty and has lots of mold. On the same night I transferred I got sick with cold and my family were coughing. Both rooms I’ve stayed has a porch that cannot be used because the area is so nasty with floors darkened by too much dust that is now like a dried mud and broken tiles and doors to the porch have broken handle and locks. Luckily, I was on 20th and up floor so I don’t worry about burglar barging in from the porch. Nonetheless, this property is poorly maintained and does not deserve to be rented. Regardless whether each unit on this property are owned by different owners, their management agreement should include that the management has the right to repair and remodel the units without the owners approval for it to be rented. Both Owners and management don’t have excuse in running a hotel / rental that is this badly maintained.

This property is in a sad state. Many items missing from the room, air conditioning not working correctly, refrigerator missing freezer door, hot water kettle missing, plates and utensils missing, micriwave missing, safe missing, shower door missing, the list goes on.

We rented three rooms. One of the rooms smelled bad and had half-dead huge cockroach just laying down there. In our main bedroom, there were 2 small cockroaches in the bathroom. The worst thing is not having complimentary parking though there were a lot of open spaces. They said that open spaces were for owners. If owners are renting their units, they should also offer their parking spaces as well. The rooms are overpriced for the condition and services offered by the hotel. Staff though are nice and the hotel buffet breakfast is good.

deluxe triple twin bed room, spacious room, basic amenities present, service crews are very friendly especially during breakfast and check-in and check-out was quick. swimming pool view and lounge is nice. :) But the property looks old, the bathroom sink doesn't drain, we cannot adjust the cap cover on the sink drain. the aircon doesn't cool a lot.

It was a roof over our head but it's far from a 4-star hotel. Shower only stayed hot for maybe 3 minutes. Expect a 3-star hotel. The staff was very nice so it has that going for it.

Staff and introductions AWESOME. 1st room the AC over froze, but the room was nice. 2nd room 3 twin beds, we pushed together, but still overall nice. 2nd room no coffee maker. All (kitchenette) rooms should be uniformed with coffee maker, 1 pot, 1 pan and standard eating utinsels. Overall pretty good.

Pictures are deceiving, the room is dirty, bedcovers are very old looking, sofa was ripped, so disappointed, restaurant was close so you need to go outside to eat, complimentary parking is first come first serve, if full you will have to pay parking 20 pesos per hour, even if you have a room booked ☹️

Knowing this is an old hotel, maintaining it should be intentional. I hope that, Guest should not be misled for free parking, coz its not an issue, if we are informed up front, rather than given an excused that all free parking is used up.

The room i stayed in had a few items that need attention by their maintenance department such as loose shower valve cover plate on the wall that was about to fall off, no cabinet door pull under the lavatory, the open shelves of the vanity cabinet in bath was dusty, no bowls in kitchen, curtain was caught in the balcony door that you could not open, laminated wood floor has a lot of chipped edges, phone has a crumbling directory label

Cable is not working, request for extra towel comes with extra charge. No slippers available. No parking available - all are paid parking and worse, your slot will be at the bottom that might cause damage to your car. I will not recommend the hotel.
