Staff not very friendly

Staff is not very helpful. They appear to be less willing to provide assistance to requests.

I like TRYP hotels. I always book TRYP in Madrid and therefore decided to use the same group for Valencia. Good choice as always. The rooms are clean, well equipped, and staff very friendly. Please note that the shuttle bus to Valencia airport works from 6am only so if you have early flight (like me) you have to order a taxi and pay 10 EUR for it. Having in mind that Valencia airport is very close to the hotel (I would say up to 1 km) so the fee looks too high

Rooms are very badly isolated: noise from the road and noise of closing doors. Restaurant did not have enough personnel. Servers were running around but we still had to wait 45 min before we got our starters. The food was good.

Good location, tired rooms

Pros: Good staff, very nice
Cons: other than needing a room refurb, a bigger difference between your lead in Superior Room and your Premium Room.
Location: Near airport
Good location if you want to stay near the airport, however it is a bit tricky to get to. The rooms look very tired and in need of refurbishment. I got upgraded from 1st to 2nd night, from Superior to Premium Room. the noticeable difference was you get 1 extra set of pillows, everything else was identical. the smaller difference was a different bed sheet (fleecier)
