Air conditioning did not work, staff tried to resolve but ended up just turning heat on for an hour while we waited in lobby and finally they gave us the conclusion: “sorry we have no answer other than to open your window.” No compensation was given at all, even though we stayed on the most expensive night of the year during Fallas. If you have the option to stay somewhere else and take train into the city do that instead, the staff is friendly enough, really not their fault they have no resources at their disposal.

2nd time here as I booked beginning and end of our trip at the same time. HVAC broken again, just like the first time. Staff wouldn’t do anything about it. We spent a sweaty night with a window wide open to the noise. I’m ever staying here again.

The property is just like the picture. The staff is nice enough. Rooms are clean. This hotel is only good for one night or a layover . Got yhere at 20:00h the restaurant and bar was open only serving pizza. The smell on the second floor is very annoying , smells like paint or bug spray but we made it work. The worst part is the beds they were so HARD. We could NOT sleep, very uncomfortable. Went down at 4 am to speak to the only staff on duty was told the manager or someine from housekeeping could help us at 8:00 with mattrass pads or another room . No one ever came and the staff member there at 10:00 said she didnt know anything about the complaint. We decided to leave with out a refund or room transfer. We did NOT sleep at all. __________________________________________

The room was a bit warm and I was unable to lower the temperature as it was set to the lowest setting. I couldn't open the window but everything else perfect. It was a short stay as I had an early flight and the walk to the airport was easy taking only about 15 minutes even with my luggage. I will definitely stay here again.

Very convenient to airport - I stayed here because my flight into VLC arrived at 11 pm and most other hotels couldn't guarantee a check-in after 10 pm. Was also taking a day trip to Mallorca from airport, so willing to give up a stay in city center for proximity to VLC. Metro station directly outside hotel is also super convenient - hotel is one metro stop away from airport but there's a surcharge to travel to/fro airport in addition to what I'd paid for a 3 day metro pass. Still it was cheaper and faster than a taxi during daylight hours. The metro station makes it easy to get into and around Valencia City Center. DO NOT BELIEVE GOOGLE MAPS when it says you can walk from airport to hotel!! it's not possible. Basic room was clean and quiet, good bed. Well lit. good A/C. NO free wifi in rooms. Limited options for dining out near hotel. As a solo woman traveler, I chose to purchase food from supermarket on next block and had salad, fresh bread and cheese for dinner. Had to eat in my room as 'outside' food not allowed in otherwise empty hotel dining area where there is free wifi. Had not even been aware that food was available other than at breakfast. No mini-fridge in room so don't overbuy.

Check-in took a few minute. There was a deposit for the room 100 EUR (cash or card) and they want to take a deposit for hairdryer, despite there was a deposit for the room. There is no space to park the car outside.

This hotel is the bare bones of what is necessary to have, and no extras or frills. It was clean and nice staff. The area where it is located is away from the center. There is a metro station directly in front that will take you around the city at a very low price. make sure you get a map of the city from the front desk.

I arrived after midnight and they had sold out the hotel although I had a payed reservation. They told me I had to go to another hotel and that all other hotels seemed to be booked. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude and did not try to help us at all. I came with my family and they did not bother to help, the hotel next door helped us out in trying to find another hotel that was far away. They ended up still charging me for the room and Expedia is not holding them accountable.
