Travelodge Was a very easy check in. Room was nicely appointed . Parking was not indicated in a sign in the lobby, although it was stated in Expedia’s description. I had to wait on line to be told. When I went back to fetch the car….I had received a parking summons. Afterwards I told the hotel staff, what had happened. They appeared to listen, but did not offer any suggestions!

Hotel is basic as expected from a Travelodge. Check in was good for me but just after I checked in a group of 10 people arrived and there was only 1 person on staff to check them in so it went slow for them.
Great value for the money,in a good location for eating and NR the tube station

The hotel was overbooked when we arrived at 12.30am and was told that 3 of the rooms were broken (?!) even though we’d booked the room weeks in advance. Then we had to wait over an hour while a receptionist tried to book an alternative in the area while we had small children asleep in their lobby. Not a great start to the holiday and I won’t be booking at any Travelodge again in the future. Too disorganised, unfriendly and appalling service.

The frontdesk staff lied to me. She said the staff manager did not understand what was my request about the one night refund. After i left i never got my one nigh refund . I did not used two nights and refused refund me one. Even i was there for a week already. I called back few times snd they refused. Bunch of looser and liar. Hotel was full. There where no problem yo find somebody else two days before. And i have been customer for Travelodge for many years… in fact i booked night before because the computer of the frontdesk was not working and he cannot guaranty i will have a room next day and the price might change he said
