“Our one night stay in the Stable Suite was absolutely wonderful, however, we should have stayed longer. Chris & Jenna are the perfect hosts. So much thought and love went into the Cartier Mansion and their attention to detail is impeccable. Breakfast did not disappoint. I look forward to staying with them again. If you love exceptional hospitality you must stay at the Cartier Mansion. And Carson the butler is too cute!”

“Convenient to the Lake Michigan Car ferry. We missed breakfast as we were leaving early to catch the ferry, but a continental breakfast was provided - boiled eggs, cheese, yogurt and an assortment of cold cereal and oatmeal as well as coffee and tea. Our room was comfortable enough with a small private bath. Off street parking was provided. If you like to sleep in dark rooms bring your eye mask. Street lights keep the room rather bright all night. Overall a good option.”
