"Very nice place with fantastic breakfast, main area a little chilly, rooms nice, very helpful staff, no out of room coffee facilities and could do with giving you more in your room except 2 filters. Parking charge of $15 wasn't expected but only there for a day so ok. Around good hotel."

"The only thing I can say that might need a little more is maybe switching up on the breakfast give a different variety like bacon biscuits and gravy different flavors of juice or even add a 3rd juice. But other than that the staff property and rooms are great"

"The double queen room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was a significant improvement to the Days Inn breakfast the day before in Castle Rock. Its location was convenient to Caribou Springs and Garden of the Gods as well as the Cliff Dwellings, but all required a drive, not walking distance."

"All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and coffee shop were excellent and very convenient. We also indulged in a round of golf during our stay and had a wonderful time. Service was impeccable at every turn and, of course, the views are amazing at this resort."

"Very impressed with the hotel. It has been tastefully updated and the check-in was seamless without a front desk. Had an issue with the door lock, but one quick call and they had it fixed. Will definitely stay again!!"
Tava Motel Manitou Springs

"Tava hotel is an affordable, minimalist hotel underneath the mountains. It was a perfect place to stay within walking distance of all the great things Manitou has to offer. The name Tava (Meaning Sun Mountain) comes from the Ute people who used the word for what we call Pikes Peak today. Located about 5 minutes from Garden of the Gods and surrounded by everything you need to refuel after adventuring in the mountains. I'll be staying here again next time!"
