The area was not cleaned and the front desk staff was not professional! The rooms are very outdated! No free breakfast! Not worth the money it cost to stay here!

very close to i-43, one place to eat within 250ft walking distance. 5 minutes from downtown. Try the pizza Garden for awesome sicily pizza

Clean, comfy, friendly.
Clean and comfortable hotel. Plenty of space to accommodate gatherings, tasty complimentary breakfast, and fantastic staff. Could use some remodeling, but nothing major. Great value for the price!

Was very upset that Fox news would not play on my TV. I don't know if I will stay at another Holiday Inn if they won't allow Fox news to be broadcast onto the TVs.

Unclean and Unsafe
The check in process was very odd. I have never had a clerk make a photo copy of my ID and debit card. He also tried to talk about a very traumatic event that happened in my community as if it were a casual topic. There was a strange woman wandering around the hotel making people uncomfortable and passing out Pro-Life propaganda. There were bugs in the hand sanitizer and a pool like just hanging out of the port with the cord exposed. The hot tub was foul. The room was alright, and served its purpose. The bathroom’s cleanliness could be improved.

This was a real nice hotel, but it definitely needs a minor makeover. Ants, various minor things in need of repair. i.e. safes in room not working, outer door 2 slams so hard you can hear/feel it half way down the hall, black mold. Little stuff.

The staff was accommodating. The coffee was fresh and hot. We didn't get a chance to dine at the hotel. The building is showing signs of wear. Needs attention. The pool was nice, but cloudy water. The pool light was just hanging inside the water with electrical cord exposed. Needs fixing.

AC in our first room was not working. They came up a couple times and attempted to fix it, said it was fixed and it wasn’t. Night one 79 degrees was as low as the temperature got. They offered fans for day 2 after I was trying to get into another room because they couldn’t fix the AC and said the rooms were all full. Later in the day when we stopped to grab some things it was 82 in the room. A different front desk employee, older man, was good enough to switch the room after mentioning we were probably going to stay elsewhere and we had AC that worked well. We planned on sleeping in a little because we had nothing the next day until 11. Around 7 housekeeping was knocking on the door to get in. Opened the door to let them know we were in the room. 20 minutes later another worker opened the door for the same reason so we showered and headed out. Sounded like when we got moved the cleaning list never got updated. We stay in the area a lot, but will avoid staying here.

Very nice Hotel
Was impressed with the hotel and bar very much. Had dinner in the bar and was shocked to see that the prices weren't inflated like you'd think from a hotel. I worked in that industry for over 21 years and know 1st hand how the pricing works. Pool and hot tub appeared to be well taken care of also.

Staff was Great! Room was very nice. Pool and Hot tub was clean. Breakfast so so. Some carpet in hallways need to be replaced. Would definitely stay again, but if you or your spouse are looking for 5 star breakfast, plan on eating at Perkins next door or several other nice places within 5 minutes

I booked a suite, with kitchenette and separate living room space. We’re here with our children and needed a larger room for more to sleep and space for a pack and play. Disappointed to get a small room with one full bed and a pull out couch. Especially after paying for the most expensive suite/space. We stayed here a month ago and had a very large room with a kitchen, living space and separate bedroom. Disappointed
