The hotel was of a higher standard than most Indian hotels I have stayed in. But by western hotel standards it was poor.
If Marriott is 10/10, Holiday Inn is 7/10, this was a 4/10.
The shower head sprayed up and over the shower, flooding the bathroom.
The breakfast had flies feasting on my breakfast before me. (I ended up in Burger King for breakfast)

“Warm and friendly staff and spacious rooms. Hotel is located in a convenient and peaceful location. Having restaurants that serve delicious food is a huge bonus for tired souls. Staff created magical transformation of the restaurant to setup a huge variety of breakfast dishes. Above all the staff was serving with a smile. Enjoyed my stay and hoping to visit again.”
“I had booked the room for 2 adults and 1 child tbrough expedia and the ataff aaid there is no auch option and mh son is not a child and simply charged extra wighout any benefits of a third person.
Staff was not at all friendly.

“Lack of detail makes me score this down. Room smelled like urinal station so many bleach blocks dotted all over the room. Toweia threadbare. Water provided but no grass to drink it out of. No breakfast times displayed. No hot water for shaving.”
“It's a decent place but still feels a bit too compact. Stayed there for 3 days and the last day we didn't have hot water and the staff weren't that helpful. Parking can be a hassle as there is limited parking spots. The place was tidy but some mosquitoes would appear from nowhere. Decent place for the price but staff need to be more attentive and helpful.”
