Good location, but old and outdated hotel

Pros: The workers were pleasant.
Cons: All of the room furnishings and bedding and carpeting.
Location: There is a mall and other stores nearby that had some good shopping.
This hotel was WAY overpriced. Usually Country Inn & Suites are very nice, but this one was very disappointing. The carpeting was faded and worn. The room furniture did not match. The green blanket on the bed were also old and I was hesitant to use it. The pool area was small. The ice machine on the 1st floor was not working. There wasn't one on the 2nd floor, so we had to go to the 3rd floor to get ice. The breakfast was fine.

Great Beds!!!

Pros: All things....
Cons: One of the window curtain panels was unhooked or missing a hook and so draped poorly. An easy fix.
The woman who was working the desk when we arrived on Friday and then left on Sunday was WONDERFUL. Pleasant, friendly, personal, professional. Our room was great. Bed was wonderful!

Clean, family friendly hotel

I like Country Inn & Suites because they're clean, staff is friendly, and my 4 kids are welcomed, not out-of-place. Spacious rooms, clean and good-sized hot tub and pool, good free breakfast, all at a reasonable rate!

We thought the adult time for the pool was to late. Would have rather it been 10pm not 11pm. Didn't get to relax in the hot tub at all. Tub was full of kids and it was after 10pm. Not all adults stay up that late!
