Great stay. Nice staff. Clean room. Pool was clean but very chlorinated.

Overpriced

Booked last min due to a college visit with my son. Overpriced for the condition $149 a night and not clean enough. If he goes to college there we will look into another hotel.

Awesome service ~ Great location

I brought my daughter and her friend for the mountain biking race at Mt. Kari. The weather was less than favorable and because of that the pre race was put off a day. We arrived to the hotel at 12:30 and I was doubtful that we could check in that early, I was right, when I explained the situation and that I’d like to take the girls shopping but didn’t want to leave their bikes in the open the desk staff were more than accommodating and stowed the bikes in their back office. We went on our way and arrived back around 3:30 for check in. The desk staff advised us that while we were out the room came available and they moved the bikes to the room for us! Wonderful!! Thank you so very much. They really went out of their way our entire 2 night stay. They allowed for us to use the breakfast room for a crock pot dinner, helped find water pitchers to use for the dinner...I could go on and on how wonderful this hotel and staff are. Thank you!!

Pros: Convient, price, staff
Power went out in am of our first morning. Fire alarm sounded midnight second night alarm sounded for 45 minutes They were unable to turn it off. Strobe lights remained on for 1 hour and 45 minutes until they called someone in to turn it off. Toilet in bathroom was loose and clanged loudly when used. Grout in shower had small amounts of mold. The staff was very apologetic which will make me try this place again. Also it was nice to know the fire alarm works !! (Fire was in attached restaurant) In fairness to company we were partially refunded our room cost for the second night.

Unclean and Loud

When we checked in, they actually have their smoking area immediately out front of the hotel. We walked in through a party of drinking and smoking to get inside, like it was a 1980s house party in a John Hughes movie. The next day we were gone for the entire day. When we arrived back at around 8pm, we found our room had not been cleaned. No towels, nothing. When we went to the front desk, they seemed less than surprised and said "oh that happens sometimes." No apology. Then she asked if we wanted some towels. The rest of the night was incredibly loud - there were people drinking and having a party in the breakfast area until past 1130pm and apparently they were having Olympic sprinter tryouts on the floor above us until well after midnight. This will be my last stay in this hotel.

Loved this place. Great room. Outstanding staff. Nice breakfast. We had a great stay here.
