Nice place with a nice pond and beach on it.

Nice whirlpool, pool. A pond in back of it has a walk/ bike trail and nice beach area.

Nice room

Pros: Clean, comfortable room. Pool and breakfast was nice. Decent price.
Came down for the county fair. Just needed a place to sleep for the night. Picked a place that was affordable, but had a pool. Rooms were clean and the pool was nice.

Not clean and night clerk was very unfriendly

Did not enjoy our stay. Clerk was rude. Room was not clean. Would not even use shower. Beddi g was horrible. Breakfast was ok.

Not the cleanest place. Room smelled like mildew everytime we entered.

Poor Room & Service

Toilet did not flush, no stopper for bathtub drain, making it impossible to take a bath. No stopper in sink to fill it, yet the sink backed up if you ran the water. I checked in at 12:30 a.m. and had to crawl around on the floor to find the power cord & outlet for the non-working refrigerator. Morning desk clerk was rude, even refusing to add my rewards points to the stay. She would not discount the room & said I had to deal with it through Hotels.com. Never again.

Thank You for your feedback. I apologize your stay was anything less than completely satisfying. The morning desk clerk was not rude. According to Wyndham rules it is not possible to have rewards points on third party reservations. She tried to explain it to you, but you unfortunately did not believe her. When we checked your room we did not find any issues. The tub drain is operated by a lever near the handle. It is new, and the front desk would have been glad to explain how it works. There was no problem with the sink drain or toilet when we checked them. I wish you would have notified the front desk during your stay as we would have gladly changed your room if you would have preferred it. When we are not notified there are issues we have no opportunity to address them.

Pleasant

Location: Easy to get to.
Very polite and helpful staff. Clean and adequate room. Handicap facilities were nice. Bed had a few lumps. TV guide needed updating to current channel list. Breakfast looked nice, but fasting for doctor so was unable to sample. Handy location and well-maintained outer spaces.

I apologize the bed had a few lumps. We will have our maintenance address the matter. We will also check our channel guide. I am sorry you were unable to sample our breakfast. Not my favorite

The staff at the hotel were friendly and nice. BUT, the entire second floor smelled like cigarette smoke (as did our "non-smoking" room. My daughter and I have asthma that is triggered by things like cigarette smoke, so this is a problem! The hairdryer quit working mid-dry (yes, we checked fuses, allowed to cool, etc.). A piece of glass fell out of the ceiling in the bathroom. It turned out to be a part of the warming light, that was broken. Luckily it fell when my daughter was not underneath it! The showerhead didn't work properly. I went down for coffee in the morning and the pot was empty. I ended up making a new pot myself because there was no one around. I didn't expect much from the food and I was not wrong. We returned at about 4 pm our second day and our room was not yet made up...they knocked on the door after we were already napping. On a good note: there was almost no one staying there (maybe for good reason?), so the place was quiet and we were able to rest. And it was cheap - in multiple senses of the word.
