The remodeled carpet and tile was nice looking and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The hallway and stairway carpets were very dirty, the bathroom toilet had a poop stain in it and pubic hair on the seat so had obviously not been properly cleaned after the prior guest left. Only option for a shower is a cold shower as i tried in the evening and the morning and the water never warmed up.

Inside of building was dirty. Outside of building had huge pile of debris on the ground. Maybe a remodel project of the past. Maybe they not have access to a dumpster. A fork lift parked next to the building in front of the hotel. It was not moved during our stay. The pool and hot were closed. Unfortunately we were not informed of pool and hot tub closure when the reservation was made or we would not have stayed here.

Stayed here for my annual Bockfest weekend. Remodelled from last time I stayed here. Room was very clean. Perfect location to walk to Bockfest. It was very busy and staff did there best to accommodate the crowd. Continental breakfast was slim pickings, I suspect on a normal weekend it would be better. Pool was cold, hot tub was good. TV mounted in a weird spot in the room. Due to the event I came for, hotel was loud into the late morning hours, but I expected that. Would definitely stay again.

There was a Hockey tournament going on so it was really noisy with the kids running around. Not much you can do about that. Our room on the other hand the bathroom had mold shower head so fitly dirty room 218 please get a new shower head and scrub up the mold. Little bleach goes along way

For the price, this is a solid property. Check in staff was friendly. Room and bathroom were clean and neat. Pool area small, but adequate with a bathroom of its own there and seemed to be enough towels.

The beds and pillows were amazing! Everything was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. It would have been nice to have an oat or almond milk and some fresh fruit, apples or oranges.

The best thing about this hotel is that all the staff I interacted with were polite, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired (visible dust on lights, lots of hair, dust, crumbs, etc on the floors and esp in the bathroom). Also unusual is that I think they only have like ten pool towels. When we went into the pool area, another family was using five or six and the towel rack was empty. We asked for more towels, and they brought out four or five, which was not enough for the number of people present. When we asked again, they just gave us regular towels. It’s no big deal but very odd for a hotel that seemed pretty quiet and not busy to be out of pool towels after only ten were used…

The staff were great. From check-in to check-out they were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable as was the common/lobby areas. The only 2 negatives were a light that was burned out which we reported the afternoon we arrived and it wasn't replaced when we left 2 days later. The swimming pool could not be used.

Pool closed, whole place run down, staff were good
We chose to stay here for the pool and were disappointed it was closed. Facility overall is run down and gross. The staff was nice and did a good job but the building is rough. Stains on carpets and mold in the bathrooms. TVs are super high up and weirdly placed. Not worth the price.

Nice place to stay. Only drawback was the shower. Showerhead in bad need of cleaing. Clogged over with hard water deposits and diverter permanently stuck in the shower position so water couldn't be run in the tub.

The room's air conditioning unit when we turned on the unit it smelled like mold, the filter was discussing. The pillows were very lumpy, as if cotton balls were shoved in the cases. The cases themselves were very worn out, dirty. The sheets were stained. The room was totally vacuum. There were debris under the desk. The bathroom floor had hair on it.

We arrived and the receptionist was on the phone. 20 minutes later someone else checked us in to a single room when we had reserved a double. They did change it when we complained. There were holes in the sheets and one of the bedspreads was dirty.
