Checking in took a long time as they are between systems evidently and are changing the name of the motel. The front desk person had difficulty verifying that I had pre-paid via Hotels.com. Frustrating. Also picked up a nail in the parking lot and had to buy a new tire. Property next door is vacant and looks like they are tearing it down. Hot tub and pool area were very clean and comfortable. Liked the options for good coffee and fruit at breakfast. Not close to any restaurants other than fast food.

quick stay, got in late, no linens for fold out bed, no pillows either, got linens from front desk, never got pillows they said would be coming up. otherwise was a decent stay. only there about 10 hours so no time to take in amenities or shopping.

If this hotel was updated I would have given it a higher rating. The furnishings in the rooms are pretty worn. Our bathroom was not the cleanest and the kitchen stove looked pretty dirty. I did like the room set up with two separate bedrooms and a sitting area with a pullout couch. The full size refrigerator with a freezer was nice. The breakfast area needs to have more seating. Very crowded space in the morning rush.

The stay and room were very good. Breakfast was one of the better ones we've had in a stay. We wanted to watch baseball game in Lobby with friends and the desk clerk was not very friendly. He said he need to close lobby but not sure why when there were people checking in. We were very quiet so not sure what the problem was.

Nice alternative for our normal hotel that we stay

Nice alternative for our normal hotel that we stay at in Mankato. Location was not as convenient, but also within easy drive from MSUM. Could use more tables in the breakfast area. There was no room to sit anywhere.

We stayed for two nights. The housekeeping staff did not clean our room at all on our second day. No new towels, shampoo or anything. We complained and they supplied us with new towels.

Staff was rude. We booked a room for three people. There was a bed and a pull-out couch. There were no sheets for the couch. I called the office and was told I could come down and get them. No information provided about anything when we checked in. Amanda at front desk did not speak when we came up to the desk.
