Felt Luxurious

Posted Sep 1, 2017
Pros: It was clean and well appointed. The large vanity is a must for me and I do not reserve any room that does not have one.
Cons: The bathroom lighting could be improved for those of us who wear makeup. It was hard to see and the bumpout in the vanity made it even more difficult.
Location: The location was an easy off and back on I 95. We only stayed there to sleep, not eat or do any activities in the area.
The Manning, SC Hampton Inn exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was clean and well decorated. Front desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The beds were luxurious and comfortable. There were many choices for breakfast. Overall, this was a wonderful place to spend a night. I can't find anything to complain about.

Nice hotel; Wifii needs a boost

Posted Aug 22, 2017
Pros: Location, staff, amenities, hotel appearance and comfort
Cons: Wifii boosted into the rooms, lower the temperature in the fitness room.
Location: Manning: little town; Walmart, little shops, local food. Lake Marion/Santee State Park, Ft. Sumter 20 mi and Myrtle Beach 120 mi. good crossroad town
Very nice hotel with exceptionally polite staff; all needs were met and exceeded. Room was wonderful; beds clean and comfy, bathroom was beautiful, large tub, with great water temp/pressure, marble vanity, plenty of towels. Light filtering was excellent, Sound filtering was sufficient, a little noise above in the morning. Pool was clean and small but not too small. Weight room was small but did the job; a little hot because no fans on equipment, had long hours. Breakfast was nicely done as well; eating /lounge area was nice with marble table tops, two TVs and sofas; was only full because the hotel was at capacity from all of us eclipse chasers. ONLY complaint was the wifii in the room did not work. Sometimes a little in the bathroom, or standing by the door but most guests were in the lobby with their phones/laptops. Staff said there were routers at the end of the halls, but the signal did not make it into the rooms, so it was very inconvenient. But overall, hotel and location were a great!

Cons: Perhaps a can of Febreeze in the room to combat the slightly musty odor.
Very nice for a 1-night stopover. Breakfast until 10 was nice since we got in very late he night before. Staff was courteous and efficient. Room was just a slight bit musty smelling but appeared very clean and was very comfortable.

Family Stay

Overall the stay was nice. The rooms were very clean and hotel itself is well kept. The hallway was hot (AC problem), the food is pretty good and the staff was nice. I would definitely stay again.

Thie rooms were very spacious! The room was clean & had handicap bars in the bathroom that were very helpful. Overall very nice place to stay! There is a great Mexican restaurant called Mariachis that nearby.
